This is the best overall budget full size tripod that you can use with your camera, smartphone or Go Pro. Lightweight and would recommend for those who are just starting off with taking quality photos or video.

Purchased this tripod to be used for my Sony A7Rii a few weeks ago. I was really pleased with its lightweight yet sturdy structure. Great deal and serves its purpose. 2 thumbs up!

For $19, you get a really good product. Need to record my son’s basketball game on my phone. Very easy to set up and did a great job moving side to side for the court movement. I spread it out over two different heights on the bleacher and the levels work great to get it level.

    Good portable tripod

I actually bought this for my daughter so she can use it with her iPhone. Wanted something lightweight since I knew she wouldn't be using it with a heavy camera. I am a professional photographer and have a professional tripod, so I could see that this one didn't have all the functions as mine did, so if you are looking for that, look elsewhere. For her, it was perfect and very lightweight but sturdy enough for her phone. Not sure if it would be practical for a heavy camera though. Best part is it is easily portable for traveling. Price was great also.

    GREAT TRIPOD!!!

It's very light and easy to carry around, this is perfect for recording, taking pictures, anything, you name it! It's the perfect height as well when fully extended, and supports holding the phone in portrait and in landscape. When it is folded up for travel I would recommend a bigger backpack, but it's fine to carry by hand. It does take a bit to figure out how to use it but it's a great overall tripod, would recommend it 10/10.

Excellent tripod for the money. Perfect for a small camera or a cell phone. Has an attachment specifically for smart phones. Light weight but sturdy and stable. Also has a level indicator, and the legs and mount are versatile and lock down securely.

I bought this for use with my mini-disc Sony camcorder to record daughter's school play. The pan and angle adjustments were just what I needed to capture the action on stage. I had never used a tripod before so I set it up and practiced a bit the day before the performance. It helped me to get familiar with the set up and head angle adjustment locks. Love the quick set up features: flip lever locks and the geared center column for height fine tuning once the legs are set. The center leg brace lock gave good stability and the level assisted greatly with leg height adjustments. It has rubber non-skid feet to keep it steady on floors. It will hold up to 8 lbs. of camera (include your lens and light attachments in this) .The sturdy aluminum tripod itself weighs 1.85 lbs which was nothing to carry. I may look into buying a carrying bag for it, or I may not, as it was no problem to carry it in hand. Just what I was looking for and good price to value.

The good thing is that its not pricey, its very light, has quick realese and thats good, have in mind that its for starters and not for professional use. The only thing is that i feel that the camera is secure while you hold it all the time because it feels that the camera will fall at any time. If you take it outside have in mind the wind because it may fall easily.

This is a relatively inexpensive tripod that does what it's supposed to do. It's more plastic than metal, but it's sturdy enough for occasional use. My son had a good time using it to make trick shot videos.

    Replacement For an Older Tripod

I bought this tripod as a replacement for one my wife has, but is broken. This one is lighter than the one it replaced, but is as strong and steady, if not more so, than the replacement. It features easy release legs that open with a flip of the release, and has a three way tilt and pan head. It is not like some tripods that have only a post that screws into the bottom of the camera. It has a full plate that screws in, which isn't a bad thing, just different than the broken one my wife has. I liked this one so much that I went back and bought one for myself, too!

Pretty standard tripod. Though my camera is heavy there are some mechanisms on the tripod that struggle to keep a level shot. With adjusting I haven’t had it fail to be perfect. The tripod is good, it’s just obvious that it’s more for the generation using phones (which there is an adapter for) than a big bulky DSLR. Though it is capable of using. For the price, it’s worth it.

Best tripod for the money, I used it for my camera and phone " third party adapter" Its very sturdy and I used it in a windy night for astrophotography and it withheld real strong winds protection my camera and making sure my photos don't get disrupted. It extended and shrinks and lightweight. For any beginner photographer or even professional I would recommend this tripod

I needed a tripod quick and saw this at the store for sale from $29.99 to $9.99 and so far it hasn't failed me yet. For the price quality feels good, solid and still lightweight.

I now own three of these tripods so that I can do a 3 camera shoot with my 3 identical video cameras. These tripods have the best combination of solid, sturdy yet unbelievably lightweight. When anyone picks them up they are surprised. They even have the level indicators to make sure it's flat. I like their latch legs better than tripods where you have to turn something to release the legs. These make it quick and easy to setup fast. They do not collapse down enough that you would put them in your backpack but are still small enough that II have taken them on planes or put them in my luggage. I have had one of them since 2014 and I just bought two more in 2018. That says it all. :-)

I already wrote one, but what the heck. This is a nice tripod for an amazingly low price. What is not to love. Probably not suited for daily or heavy-duty use, but perfect for occasional use which is how I will use it. Well made. Again, amazing product for the price.

I purchased this tripod to use with my iPad to film football games, cheerleading competitions and track meets. When using it in the video mode the tripod rotates smoothly and is easy to set-up and to adjust the legs to film on bleachers. I'm very pleased with the weight as well. I would strongly recommend this tripod, a great product at a great price.
