Went on vacation and it worked out nice. Very easy to pull out of my backpack and quick setup a shot. I arrived at a waterfall in VT to shoot, started screwing my D7500 on it as normal with and monopod or tripod. The body wasn't tightening to the plate. I looked at the thread on the monopod screw and they were like coming off in shavings. No camera would tighten. I fortunately had a backup which worked great through the rest of my vacation. I've been an amateur photographer for eight years and I can't ever remember something like this happening. No excessive force or cross thread. I assume just cheap material. Fortunately my camera is fine and connects to everything I atyach it to since. If Istill had the box I would return it. $20 for two days is crazy. Can't recommend this one.

I was very disappointed with this particular purchase. Actually, I've been very disappointed with Best Buy for the last couple of years. Back in the day, Best Buy was a great place to shop. Now, I realize that there's a lot more competition these days, due to online sales. That being said, such a large drop in service and quality levels is ridiculous! Anyway, back to the subject at hand. The product I purchased was supposed to be a new product. When I got it home and opened it, the plastic wrapper inside had been previously ripped open and the product was scratched up and dented. Most likely, someone had previously purchased it and returned it. I really hope you guys get your act together and return to your former glory, but I'm not going to hold my breath. I’ve used multiple different monopods in the past. Finally purchased my own and this is not that great. It got the job done but it didn’t provide nearly as much stability as I thought it would. The strap on it is horrible too. Be prepared to hold onto your camera for dear life if you use this

Just act as the product says monopod. I can use it in any other way. If it had a tilting head then it will good

Top portion where camera screws in comes loose and rocks back and forth. not for heavier lens's.

This did not last very long. Bought a more expensive one and still having issues.

This monopod is a standard monopod. The locks are ok but will loosen easily not a very secure snap. It does what it’s designed to do.

At first it was the best thing eve but then the pole broke. It said it would support the size but that wasn’t true.
