Tripod is very versatile and can capture about every angle. Tripod is somewhat bulky but is standard for a good tripod.

I have found that storing this is a bit difficult because of its collapse size is a bit bulky. The simplicity of the set up makes it user friendly and the smoothness of the grip system are the great things about this tripod.

I bought this outside of Denver as my wife and I were heading to the Rocky Mountain National Park. I realized that I had left my tripod at home by mistake. This purchase actually turned out well and I prefer it over my original. It's not fancy but my camera is a small mirrorless so it doesn't need to be bulky. I'm not a professional so this little unit works just fine for my static shots.

This tripod is very light for its size. The construction feels solid and stable. The pistol grip can be a bit cumbersome to work with as it's not always smooth and keeping the camera level can be very difficult with it. The tripod has 3 extensions points: 2 at the legs and one below the pistol grip (center column). This can extend the height to about 5 feet. For light portrait photography in a studio, this tripod is great.
