The trigger adjuster lets you position your camera and lock it in place really fast. You'll have to practice moving your camera during a video recording. I find that I have to steady the camera with one hand and use the trigger with the other to limit shaking. I have to admit this is the second one I purchased. My first one had a problem with one of the locking legs. It has a lifetime limited warranty. You have to mail it back and pay the return postage. So I should have two units pretty soon. So keep your box and receipt, you might need them some day.

This tripod is light and easy to use. I like the pivoting feet that it has. Also the pistol grip head takes some getting used to in positioning but it is very useful.

Holds my camera steady and at a great height. I would definitely recommend for a novice, maybe get a sturdier one if you are looking more professionally.

The tripod is well built and looks really nice but I’m not a fan of the pistol grip, especially since I use this tripod to record my kids’ games. I prefer the stick over the pistol grip when it comes to making constant movements.
