Very stable and lightweight. A snap to connect camera to the unit. Wish it came with a carrying case

I had a much more expensive tripod for my professional camera that someone else took on vacation forgetting I had a shoot that night. I bought this expecting it wouldn't last through one shoot with the weight of the camera and lens. I've started using this tripod more than my other just because it's easier. The only cons I can think of is it doesn't come with a carrying case and it feels cheap like it could break but it's held up much better than most other tripods I've purchased in this price range

I ended up taking this back, but only because it was about an inch too long to fit in my carry-on luggage. I would have kept it otherwise. I wanted to use it for a sky tracker, DSLR, and small telephoto lens, and I think it was solid enough to handle that load. Pretty good for a tripod at this price point.

I ended up eyeing this tripod when I initially got my wife her camera last year. I wanted to get her a great tripod, as that helps getting better pictures.
One day, I went in and was able to pull it out of the box. Once out, I managed to test it out and boy was it good. It's lightweight, it's very maneuverable, and it has so many great features!
It has a level built into the base and into the camera holding, it has a grip to move the camera to the desired position. It's great!
I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a great tripod!

Sunpak deserves more credit than it gets. I had one for nearly 10 years until the handle crank broke off. Replaced it with this one. My last tripod purchase was a Manfroto and it was expensive and broke right before a wedding I had to film. This tripod got the job done that my Manfroto couldn’t do. Buy this brand.

I love this tripod. For the price point it’s great for wha you get. I can easily manipulate how my camera sits while it’s on the mount and because it’s sturdy, I don’t have to worry about anything falling over.

I Love my sunpak tripod because of its ease of use and the fact that it is light weight. I take it with me every where keep it in my trunk. What I like is that I can set it high or low for the perfect shot. The camera holder is easy to use and holds my camera in place safely. I highly recommend this tripod.
The only con is that because it is light you may have to use a weight such as a sand bag to prevent the wind from tipping it over...........

Needed a tripod for a spotting scope to use at the range. This one came on sale and looked sturdy enough. Overall the quality is adequate although it feels a bit too light. The handle to angle the platform is very stable and locks tightly. I use an 11" high power spotting scope and it stayed in placed firmly. I didn't need anything too robust or high end just for purpose of using at the gun range, so this product is suitable.
