I had bought this after checking the other models and this one turn out the best. It has everything, all in one. It's smooth and light enough yet strong. Soft grip and the monopod is easy to use and easiely removed for easy access on hand help shots. It can go really high too. Fits in a carry on bag!!! I lost this in one of my trips but I love it so much I bought it again. I wish I came with a bag but I'm sure people can improvise.

This tripod is more sturdy than others that I checked out in this price range. It can be used as a monopod as well. It does have its limitations. If you want a sturdy tripod for every day shooting, this one will do just fine. If you are looking for a tripod that will allow you to take photos from a super low perspective you will need to part with a bit more money for one designed for that type of use.

It feels durable and works as expected. Have only used once so far, so will know more as time goes on. Instructions could be more descriptive as there is a lot of function to this tripod.

I haven’t had many tripods, this one was $100 when I bought it and it was good quality though I imagine there way better quality with just an extra $50.

It’s great to have a mono stand that is built right in this tripod. As far as plastic, it’s a little bit on the cheap side.

This is a good tripod for your basic photography and video needs. I like how it feels solid and I feel like my camera will not bring the tripod down. It is not perfect. I found it was hard for it to handle a big video camera, and the mechanisms to tighten and hold the camera in place, seem weak. I also didn't like the price, I believe there are better tripods out there, that are cheaper.

I'm happy with this tripod so far. I shoot with a Canon 70D and it works just fine. If I had a higher budget I would have gone with something better, but this is fine for the price.

I looked at many. This appears to work for those (non-pros) who are looking for something to video soccer/football games. My critisims are that the rotation (from left to right) is threaded, which makes can difficult to maintain smooth left-to-right movement (for those who prefer some resistance); moreover, this can induce some tilt which can be pain due to its inherent design. You can get a nicer one if you spend more $, but for the price point I like it. Try it out, if you don't like it, return it. I'm keeping mine.

Great tripod/monopod. Only item I would have liked included would have been a carrying case to store in it. Overall a solid product that I would have no problem recommending to a friend.
