Customers are saying

Customers commend the PlatinumPlus Ultra 7000 2-in-1 70" Tripod and Monopod for its sturdiness, lightweight design, and reasonable price. Many users also appreciate the convenience of the included monopod. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the product's construction and the smoothness of its panning motion, while others noted its size may be difficult to transport.

Excellent product and very sturdy. Well built and can accommodate pretty much any equipment. Bets feature is the quick release plate for what ever you have mounted. I actually purchased 2. Great buy.

What can you say? This tripod works as expected. Is it the best tripod out on the market? No, but it doesn't cost an arm and a leg either. For the price this is a great tripod. That being said, when I got mine, the head was loose. It just wasn't screwed down on it's mounting bolt all the way. It has worked fine and stays tight but it just wasn't tight when I took it out of the box. I don't know if this is just a one time thing with mine, or if it is something that needs to be checked on every one. Just something to note.

I really like this tripod. It’s a two for one with the monopod extension. My only complaint is that it gets loose and you have to tighten it each time you use it.

My previous Tripod ended up breaking, so I did major research for which tripod to get, im in love with the size, its is a god size at its smallest and goes pretty tall, make sure to be careful the legs at the highest could get flimsy. I would totally buy this again!! Ps mono pod can be very handy

I bought this tripod so I could experiment with Long Exposure more and wanted to be able to take on hikes. It is a little heavier than others on the market, but is great for the price point. Easy to carry on it's own or toss it in a backpack. Have had no issues with this tripod and would purchase again.

I had recently had my tripod stolen and needed a quick substitute. Other than not having a carrying case, this tripod is just as nice as the $150.00 one that was taken. Good solid construction..lightweight and very good legs. If you need a less expensive model..this tripod will work nicely.

The tripod is decent. The only beef I have with it is where the bottom twist lock comes apart way too easily. Other than that, it's a great addition to my photography gear.

Purchased a previous tripod before this one for about $80. While shooting, wind blew my tripod over and it snapped immediately. Purchased this one a few weeks later and much more sturdy and durable. Your basic tripod with various adjustments for height. Can’t complain for the price!
