Very portable. Well constructed. The twist legs are ok, not as easy to set up as my old tripod with the quick release lever.

Bought this because I wanted the screw type leg extensions. Alas, that is not for me. I did not care for the way it worked so will be sticking with the lever type from now on. Also on this model the latches to flip and adjust the angle of the legs are not spring loaded, you have to pull it out and push it back in to lock it in place. Every other tripod I have seen like this one that latch is spring loaded and self locks when adjusting the leg. Speaking of the legs, 4 extensions are too many as the very bottom of the legs get extremely thin making the tripod a bit unstable. The mounting plate is also on the small side. I used this once at a botanical garden and returned it when I was finished. Not for me and for $110 bucks you can get more for your money than this.
