    Don't buy open box

Don't buy open box, even the excellent condition. The tripod came with a missing bracket to connect to the camera, customer service said to go to a store and they can replace it. I went to the store and they said all they can do was return it, I talked to the online sales rep, they offered a cheap $20 tripod and then hung up, the next person said I can drive 45 minutes to get a new one, but they couldn't match the price I got the open box for.

This is a great tripod and designed very well. It’s only drawback is that when the legs are extended all the way it is very shaky. Even the slightest breeze will give you a blurred image.

We eventually returned as it never felt solid with our DSLR. it's ok, but cheaply made. Eventually purchased another brand (3x more money that this one) which is way better quality

Haven't had a chance to like the tripod yet, the zipper of the bag broke. After trying to fix it, finally had to cut the bag open so I can use the tripod.

I like the design, but this broke the first time I used it. In the lowest leg, there was no stopper when it was lengthened, so the leg came out. Small plastic parts on the inside also came out. I was able to put it back together, but not with the internal parts, so it is a bit loose. It may be uncommon, and I just got a bad one. Overall I do like the product.

It worked ok, but I didn't feel like it was good enough to be worth $100. It didn't hold its position very well, and turning the dials to adjust it wasn't very convenient. I returned it.

it's light to carry around. However, it's not strong enough to hold a camera. whenever I put my Optical Telephoto Zoom Lens, this tripod can't hold it. I have to hold it for the entire of my shooting.

Bought this Tripod looking to add to the collection. The adjustment is not that great, and the product struggles with slightly heavier cameras.
