Great Quality, no Actual Support

I would give it 5 stars for the quality and functionality. However, when you try and search for a website, or support there is not one... just the USA distributor. Strange that a company with so many different products sold at BestBuy would have so little support. The light says it is app controlled yet no where, I mean NO WHERE, can I find ANYTHING about this allusive app.
