I expected more from a sci-fi movie. Very simple story

One of the best sci-fi movies I've ever seen. Great acting coupled with a beautiful score and breathtaking visuals. The intensity of the movie rises from the very beginning all the way to the end, leaving you on the edge of your seat the whole time. I would recommend it to anyone!

Stay the corse. Don't change your plans. Let this film demonstrate why doing so is a bad idea. Eerie and epic with a great cast and very underrated film. You may want to watch something a little happier afterwords though.

I was so glad Best Buy had this movie available and in Blu-ray too!!! This movie needs to be seen in high-definition to appreciate the light and dark contrasts. If you haven't seen this movie, I highly recommend it.

This move combines apocalyptic, sci-fi and horror themes all rolled up into a beautiful movie. The visuals of space and the sun are the real treat here. Sure, the plot has been done before, but definitely give this a rental if anything.

Great movie and effects. Danny boyale movie at its best. Effects are top notch and story was amazing and highly recommend this lost gem of sci fi and horror movie in one.

This is one of the best space exploration type movies i have seen! The visuals just draw you in! The horror elements took me by surprise but I loved it! Awesome movie all around.

Fantastic story, great writing and acting. It doesn't take much time to get drawn in and from that point on, you are with the crew for this ride. Not a "popcorn flick", but a true throwback to well-done storytelling.

Always been a fan of movies on space travel. Possible catastrophic scenarios to the existence of the human race and the clever/sci-fi ways to problem solve are reasons that I'm absolutely in love with the storyline.

This movie came out several years back and slipped under the radar. If you're into space films or some good ol action, don't miss this one. Pick it up cheap at Best Buy while you can!

This is my personal favorite space film. this is one of Danny Boyle's Bests that gets little recognition. Great Story! Great Acting! Superior visuals for those that are mesmerized by space!

The idea that our sun would need a jump start is an interesting one. The personality of the diverse crew is what drives this film. Poor choices could doom the mission. Watch for yourself.

I love how immersive this movie is and the experience it creates for the viewer. Very creative, and intense! The Blu-Ray looks beautiful too! Best Buy sold it to me for a very reasonable price!

Video quality is good but for a recent release it could be better. This is a drama and story driven not a space battle alien fighting shooter movie but does have some very good scenes.

Interesting story line. Fresh idea for a sci-fi movie. A bit far fetched, but hey, what one isnt? The effects are spectacular, and the suspense is top notch. Worth a look.

Bluray itself has no digital code. But the movie is great. Underrated and not seen by many in theaters. Worth a watch for a great price.

I love Sci-F- movies, and this one has all the elements - Good story, Great acting, Awesome effects, scary but not too much, and worth watching more than once!
