I was skeptical about this one, it seemed a little silly when I first read up on it. Turns out I loved this entry. While the Switch is an older system, the devs did a great job of getting every but of performance in the system. It looks great!

If you like 2D platformers, You'll enjoy the zany antics the Mario crew get into with this installment

Beautiful game and so much fun to play. Beat it all the way through twice

This game is super fun. It’s for all ages. Easy enough for my 3yo and and still fun and challenging for an adult.

I really wasn't sure what to expect after watching the initial game trailer. I wasn't a fan after I saw the peculiar animations and new characters . I was not impressed and wasn't sure if it was worth the money. I can say now that it is probably the best value of all of the Mario games because it will take you some time to get through all the levels and it will not be so easy. This is an awesome Mario bros game.

The game is amazing, playing it takes me back to when I was a kid playing the new super mario bros on the wii & even further with super mario bros 3 on the snes

I’ve played Mario since a kid in the 80’s. I marvel at the 3D games, but prefer the old fashioned 2D platformers. Since we had few options back then, we got really good at these games. My nephews (4 and 6), unfortunately, have other options to turn to when it gets hard. This game is a perfect introduction to Mario for them. Its hard, without being too hard. Save the star road ending. That was legit hard for an old timer like me.

Love the new power ups and no time limit!! Really fun to play. Lots of things to collect.

This is a great game for all ages. We like the game because up to four people can play together which can make it more challenging and fun.

I was just asked to write a review about the free art print I got, but this one is for the game. Truly a new classic for Nintendo. They tried some new fun stuff and it works. Excellent game to play alone or with others. Online is fun as well and the community has so far been helpful if you get stuck. If you needed a review to decide if you want the game, let this be the one telling you to go for it.

Best game ever! Graphics are good. It is great to have new levels and boards.

Great 2d Mario title. The challenge stages are quite difficult. My five year old loves it as well.

Fun game, loved it. Was not that challenging but still loved playing it.

Very creative game. Base game is not too challenging, but some of the special worlds will take some time. Bosses could have been more unique, but falls in line with other mario games having to jump on them. Great game overall.

My god sons love this game ! They were spent hours and hours playing this and it keeps him entertained and it is still fun for them. All you hear is laughter and excitement every time they play this game I recommend it for everyone.

Although the game is fun, everything seems to move a bit quickly. Enabling online play also removes any risk from the gane as well as other players will revive you- I’d recommend you play without it for a genuine experience.

The game is great. Younger kids loves it, older kid loves it. I love it. Can get a little confusing as up to 4 players are in the same screen.

I love the updated visuals with the classic feel of mario. This games so much fun.
