If you wanted a 3D Mario platformer but not like galaxy or 3D land or more like 64 and Sunshine then this game is perfect

Love the game and it came with a cool mario collecable coin for free that’s usually about like 20 dollars.

I have really enjoyed this gane, and had a great challenging time playing it, i just wish it had been longer.

This is fun to play... but 2 player is awful.... who wants to be a hat where all you can do is spin? Not to mention you have to use the controllers sideways instead of putting them in the hand held attachment and using another controller. I mean honestly they could've decided to add Luigi just for that purpose

Putting this out there right now; you are not going to see a game like this for a very long time. This is one of those rare games that release every 10 or so years. From the moment I first put my hands on the game at E3, I knew this was going to be something special. Simply moving around the brilliance that was New Donk City was incredibly fun. I had the widest grin on my face the whole 10 minutes I was playing the demo. Now that I've played the game for 50 hours with 100% completion, I can tell you that grin never left. Super Mario Odyssey is an absolute blast with amazing worlds to explore. There's secrets in every corner you turn, waiting to be found. There's secrets within secrets, and it's often completely up to you on how to find them. Odyssey takes note from nearly every single 3D Mario before it. You can see linear based platforming sections from 3D World, or bustling puzzles rooms and bosses reminiscent of Galaxy. There's tough assistant-less platforming challenges from Sunshine, with crazy trick jumps waiting for you to master. All of this manages to take place within many amazing open worlds, with a structure and pace that works brilliantly. Akin to Breath of the Wild, you can choose how much or how little you want to complete within this large (but disconnected in comparison) open world. I've done a playthrough of this game with several other people, and we all had our own way about going for everything we can. There are some flaws here and there, but they're small complaints in an otherwise amazing game. This is one of those games that people who don't even play games should try; there's a lot waiting to be tried for everyone.

Super Mario Odyssey is absolutely amazing! This video game works great on the Nintendo Switch and is one of the most fun adventures I’ve ever played. The graphics are colorful, sharp, and beautiful in 4K on the Switch dock. The gameplay is smooth, creative, and easy to pick up for all ages. Super Mario Odyssey is easy to install, quick to load, and keeps you entertained for hours. The levels are fun, the controls are responsive, and the whole experience feels premium. Hard work clearly went into this game—it shows in every detail. Best Buy service was fast, with quick delivery and excellent support. I would definitely buy Super Mario Odyssey again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing Nintendo Switch game that’s easy to play, works flawlessly, and is pure fun from start to finish.

Super Mario Odyssey is an absolute joy to play on the Switch. The graphics are beautiful and the music is fantastic. The addition of Cappy as a player 2 made playing this game entertaining for my husband and me as he could play an active part in the game. As a seasoned platformer, I found it easy to pick up but challenging to master. I am still coming back to this game, after three months of on and off playing, trying to find all the Power Moons. I would have liked to see Luigi like in Super Mario Galaxy but we'll see what Nintendo does with the upcoming updates. Overall, this game is deserving of the critical acclaim it has received. I absolutely loved it.

Excellent graphics, quests/level difficulty ranges from easy to frustrating. ( I swear... I was lined up perfectly but nooo.. *ahem* ) A fun intriguing game for all age ranges (IMO) Surpassed my expectations of the cheesiness I had had unwisely anticipated. Has kept my squirrel-like family entertained -That's a feat in itself! Mario has come a long way since the days of *clears throat* the original Nintendo - glad to see all the vast improvements along with some "old school* style thrown in making it a fast favorite in our gaming household. One this mom doesn't mind getting roped into playing or playing on her own!

This game has it all - gorgeous graphics, great music, tight controls and, most importantly - fun! There have been some reviews saying that the game is too easy. That's only if you're going for the bare minimum to beat the game. The harder to locate moons are where the real challenge lies. And while you only need a couple hundred to finish the game, there are close to 1,000 of them in the game! This game is fun for everyone but the most jaded gamer. Kids, adults, casual and hardcore gamers will all find something to love about this game. Stop reading! Buy this now!
