Amazing Nintendo game! This game captures the beauty that Super Mario 64 held. Ton of fun, is a must play for switch owners.

Open world and tons of fun! Almost to 1K power moons and still love playing.

This game is a true and worthy successor to Mario 64. Everything about the game will feel familiar if you've played Mario 64 and Mario Galaxy (Wii U). Nintendo is always bold for trying new things to enhance the enjoyment of their games and this proves yet again that they have what it takes to create FUN games without the promo and hype from other triple a titles. Bestbuy was great as always. Assisted with getting the game and price matching to a local competitor.

Open world experience. Marios hat gives him new moves and abilities. There is tons of tasks to complete on this game.

I played the game all the way through in single player mode and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Even after beating the game, there are still plenty (hundreds) more moons to find throughout each kingdom. I finished with just under 200 moons found and I've read that are something like 800 moons total, so still many more hours of entertainment to be had. I thought the graphics were really well done (especially in TV mode) and the game made good use of the joy con motion controls.

While I'm a fan of the open world concept, Mario should have stayed in the pipes. However, my kids love the game, so who am I to say they're wrong? The book is just a quick do's and don't's kind of guide. Since the standalone game is the same price, you're not losing or gaining much. Enjoy!

I bought this when I first got my switch, but I beat it and traded it in. Enter my Nieces. They convinced(begged, strongarmed, pleaded) for me to get this game again, and I'm happy to say that I finally relented and got it while it was on sale. This game is as fun now, as it was the first time that I bought it. I'm so glad that Nintendo is bringing Mario into a whole new generation. One of my issues with this game though is not enough Luigi.

I played this with my girlfriend before and liked it quite a lot. Decided to pick this up so my nephew could play it. Having the booklet inside helped him a bit. And also, buying this version was cheaper than the regular edition. Strange, but true. Anyway, still one of the best games of the decade so no excuse to not get it if you have a Switch.

My son is five years old and loves this game I could even put two player on and be cappy it's alot of fun.

This is one of the first games for the switch and it is easily still in the top 3 best games for the switch. This is an open world Mario game where you can play with a friend or sibling because they can be cappy with the other joy-con. The graphics and visuals are much better than I expected. This game requires some thinking because it is not straightforward and the boss battles are really fun. This game is a must own for any switch owner.

I don’t think i have to say too much about this game if you are a gamer or buying looking game for your kids grand kids or even for yourself then don’t think and buy it. Only thing that i see compare to any fighting game that in this game is once you complete this game you will play one more times but not all the time. That’s the good part with any fighting game like super smash bro. Don’t think too much buy it and enjoy it.

This is one of the best games for the Switch, reminds me of Super Mario 64. Gameplay and controls are good, playing portable mode is ok but playing it with a pro controller might be better. I play it on portable mode. It may be a tiny bit challenging for the kids to get used to the gameplay but not impossible. It has bright colors, great music and levels, this game is worth the price, even better if you get it on sale.

Finally a story for Mario! Lots of fun in 2D and 3D. Your kids will definitely enjoy this game!

This game is super fun to play. Easy for beginners and sophisticated enough for real gamers.

Bought this for my kids as they are obsessed with Mario since playing the first Super Mario from the Nes Classic. It takes getting use to from the 2D version to a 3D version type gameplay. They enjoy being able to play 2 players. One controlling Mario and the other controls the Hat. You can also control other characters in the game too. Lots of fun and tons of little secrets throughout. Very entertaining.

So glad I picked this up when I did. Not only is Mario Odyssey one of the best games on the switch, and also one of the best Mario games, this purchased package came special. Inside with the game I got a little book, and it came in a pretty box. All extras aside, buy this game now, unless you already have it. In that case, buy it for a friend.

This game came with a gift . I love the story line. The graphics are absolutely incredible.

We all played super Mario in the beginning on Nintendo systems or arcades as kids or as adults it’s a game that is timeless and fun and for all ages super Mario oddessy is that timeless and fun game for new players and the players that’s been with Mario since the beginning super Mario oddessy is super Mario 64 on a new level I highly recommend this game it’s a must have with your Nintendo switch
