Now that I've dated myself, I'm being serious. I've enjoyed many of the new Mario games, but none of them were quite as enjoyable as Mario 64 for the legendary n64 console. However, Mario Odyssey just felt great. Excellent player control and new moves and features. An excellent addition to the Mario franchise.

Got a Nintendo Switch for Christmas and heard from everybody I should pick this game up. While I'm not too far into it yet it is the most fun I've had with a Mario game since Mario 64 (not counting the Paper Mario series which has a complete different feel). If you enjoy 3D platformers then this game is a must have. I can tell I will be spending countless hours with it over the next month or two.

Mario Odyssey is a must have switch game! There is so much to do and explore! The worlds are amazing, the cap mechanic is so fun to jump around with, and the game is just super fun and imaginative. This also comes with a starter guide to help you understand what all to do so it is perfect for someone's first mario game! This is a must have game for all switch owners so buy it now!

This game is a love letter to every previous mainline Mario game before it. With 8-bit parts of levels, call backs to former games, etc.. it truly combines the best of every Mario game before it in new and refreshing ways while not straying from it's winning formula of adventure and fun! If you don't already own it, this is a must own game in your Switch library!

Mario odyssey is super fun game And easy to play Highly recommend

I have had a great time with the new game mechanics and all new settings. All the new locations look beautiful on the screen. I haven't used the game on portable mode so im not sure if the overall experience is different. Overall if you are a Mario bros fan I would recommend this title. The extra booklet this comes with is a plus as well.

I've played and grew up with Mario. I hadn't owned a Nintendo platform since the wii, and missed out. My fiance, who never really liked games, got hooked on this title. We have been having so much fun with this game. This is definitely one of the first titles new switch owners should go for. I highly recommend

i think this is the 3rd time I've bought Mario odyssey. why do I keep coming back? it's because the game is fantastic no matter how many times you play it and Nintendo continues to add content. with this package, you get probably the nicest set of stuff for the normal price of the game. the mini strategy guide is a nice inclusion.

Super Mario Odyssey brings the feeling of all the classic Mario games in this new package. All members of my family have been hooked on it. We love the story line and side missions. So many puzzles to solve and then when you complete the game, there is the surprise of even more. In my opinion, this is the best Mario game so far.

Super Mario Odyssey is the best Mario game since Super Mario Sunshine in my opinion. I know SMS was not the most well-received game at the time, but I believe it has aged well. Odyssey drips with Nintendo polish and is as fun and engaging as you would ever want a Mario game to be. I actually bought a Switch just for this game.

Great game, tons of content, my 6 year old loves it!

We’ve really enjoyed this game in our house. You can play 2 players co-op in this game, but unfortunately, the second player plays the hat Cappy, and there’s not much you can do with him so the second player can get bored. The game has great graphics and there’s so much to explore.

If you like Mario then you know that you're getting into with this game. Cappy is a fun new addition which makes the game more interesting and there are tons of moons to collect. Nothing much else to say just a great Mario game and if you own a switch pick it up

I have this game when it originally came out but I bought this version for my nephew bday recently. This is perfect for him as it comes with a mini-guide to help walk through the game. Plus it was cheaper than the original version. I definitely recommend for a gift for kids or an avid collector,

If you've followed the Mario games, you wont wanna miss this one. If you've never played Mario then this is as good a place as any. While it can be beaten in a relatively short periodn of time, the game still has TONS of content avail ONLY after beating bowser. A must have for any nintendo player.

This is a great game with a ton of things to do. There are a lot of collectibles to keep you busy if you want them all. There is a lot of fun to be had playing as Mario and using his new cap which gives him access to some new moves and powers. Worth getting if you have a Switch.

Glad to see Nintendo gave this Mario game the extra treatment with this version, and the neat little travel guide. Probably one of the best modern Mario games, with a mix of Sonic Adventure and Mario Sunshine.
