Had so much fun with the mini games and boards. Probably the best Mario Party game on Switch!

The game is fun & the options for Pro Rules is a nice addition. There could be a few other things to make Pro Rules better. But, overall, the game is a blast- feelings will be hurt with the money hoarding and star stealing. Unlock Ninji & Pauline & get your partying started!

I was a bit cautious getting another installment of Mario Party. The last one felt by the numbers to much without that sense of charm the series tends to have with its best installments. I know the game is fun when my family wants to play another board after playing a 10 turn, 90 minute game. The graphics are charming and the boards are fantastic, new and returning ones alike. The gameplay goes faster it feels and the addition of the Jamboree partner brings some nice strategy and chaos in just the right amount. The music is your normal Mario series fair with a small hint of just the right newness that really feels right. The online play was seamless save for one or two mini games, which while a bit jarring ultimately did not interfere with the overall enjoyment of the game itself.

I pre-ordered and the game was ready for in-store pickup on release day. The bag is being shipped and is due to arrive 8 days after release. Many of the mini-games are longer, I love the option to play as a pro. The graphics sure have come a long way and they made sure to keep the "Ha, you got Mario Partied!" element for those of us who are addicted to Mario Party. I haven't unlocked everything yet but my grown kids and I are having a great time discovering. Some of the boards allow many options for how to get to the star. Of course, there are a lot of new items, new shops and the ally steal is wild. We hoped to have team play options but haven't seen that yet, except in mini-games.

Highly recommend. One of the best Mario Party's in a very good while. The variety of boards is great and something we haven't seen since the gamecube days, and a surplus of characters. Really enjoy the minigames as well, just so much to do.

This game is very captivating with its overall size and with its various game modes. I played the First Mario Party game on Nintendo Switch and I can confidently say that this new game is better. I would recommend this game to all who are interested in Mario Party.

Lots of mini games,probably the best maps out of all the mario party's. So much content even if you're playing by yourself and also the best mario party has ever looked.

Awesome game, fun for the only family! It does take a small portion of time to unlock all the maps in the Mario Party mode but once you do you have more map options than we have had in years. The only main issue for me is the Jamboree buddies. Firstly you have to battle for them after you land on them, secondly they only stay for three turns and lately if another player passes you (which always happens) they steal it. I hope they go back to the permanent buddy. The last issue is a small one but something I hope they bring back which is specific character dice. To me it was worth the buy but needs these two features back.

I've always been a big fan of Mario Party, and other fans of the series will likely know that the series went through a dark era. Starting with Mario Party 9, the direction of the series changed for the worse. It took until 2018's Super Mario Party for the series to finally begin moving back in the right direction, though that game still had a lot of issues. 2021's Mario Party Superstars was a proper return to form, but it was still a collection of old boards and minigames. My hope was that NDCube would follow it up with a proper new title that takes after the foundation of Superstars, and I'm very happy to say that they did just that. Super Mario Party Jamboree is easily the best Mario Party entry since Mario Party DS all the way back in 2007, and it's a contender for being one of the best entries in the whole series. The game has 5 new boards and 2 classic ones, all of which feel distinct from each other and the news one feel very original. Unlike many previous entries, there aren't multiple boards that I don't care to play on. With the exception of the Goomba board, I really enjoyed all of the boards on offer. The core mechanics are largely ripped from Superstars, though there are some additions to help give the game a more unique identity. The minigames are largely great too and there are very few duds in the lineup, though some games feel like they belong in the classic battle game category that was first ditched in Superstars instead of being in the regular rotation as free for all minigames (Hot Cross Blocks goes on too long for this, same with the Key game). The biggest issue with the game is that if you decide to play without motion controls (which forces you to use JoyCons if enabled), the minigame selection will be one of the smallest in the series and you'll quickly get through all of them. The game has some fun sidemodes on offer as well. Koopathlon and Bowser's Kaboom Squad are fun online modes to play here and there, the Story mode is a cute, chill little adventure, and I can't speak on the rest since I haven't gotten to them yet. The game also has an achievement system that governs progression towards unlocking various things which I thought was neat. I could probably go on longer but this is already getting really wordy so I'll end by saying that I really loved this Mario Party game. If you're someone who was turned off by games in that dark age, rest assured knowing that Mario Party has finally moved on from that.

One of the greatest Mario game ever. Fun for the family and nonstop excitement. Best multiplayer experience and so many characters to choose from.

The Game is fantastic. I bought 2 games. One for myself and 1 for a friend through pickup. The promotion said you get a free tote with each game. They only gave me one. The store would not give me another. I contacted customer service and they were no help whatsoever. They wanted me to do all the leg work to receive one. The tote is only $10. I guess to give it to me was too expensive for a multibillion dollar company. I was told to return one and buy it again then I would get the tote. Why won’t they just give it to me instead of going through all these games. Game is great. Best Buy service AWFUL!!!!!!

This game is awesome and has plenty of mini games to play lots of variety and real fun stuff to do I certainly enjoy playing this absolute masterpiece
