Got this video game for my nephews and it's so fun. The game has endless minigames to play and it's very friendly user. My nephews ages are 5 and 7

I personally was unsure about this game as i wasn’t sure i was going to enjoy it, but my kids wanted it for a bday gift so I went along with it. Turns out it is a great game for the kids to play with adults. I wouldn’t say I want my kids to play MORE video games, but they were and some still are a large part of my life so I want to share that with them. This tends to fit that bill for us. Good times for the family.

At the end of the day this is an extension of the Mario Party series that began in the late 90's with the Nintendo 64 console. But who cares! Because it is fun and chock full of replay and entertainment value. If you have played previous Mario Party games then you know EXACTLY what to expect. Lots of mini games, fun, screaming and hilarious moments that leave players with a sense of a well made game. A great way to spend the evening with family and friends. If you own a Nintendo Switch then grab this game and invite a few friends over for a good time.

Love this game, I bring it out at all parties and it's the life of the party. Highly recommend

I picked this up so that I could play this with the kiddos on game night. There are so many mini-games to play that we still haven't even unlocked them all yet even after playing for over 10 hours so far. We just started playing a part of the game that requires players to align pieces of a puzzle as a team. Really fun! This game is well worth the money and would highly recommend it!

An excellent game, lots of fun for a group. Wish there had been some updates, like additional content, but still a blast.

I had very much looked forward this entry of Mario Party. Having had some time to play it, the game is definitely not perfect - with a limited amount of boards, and not a whole lot of diversity in minigames, this is not looking to be the best title in the series. That being said, the game is an absolute blast. I wouldn't recommend it as a solo play, but in groups, time flies by. I had a ton of fun playing the party mode with friends, but my game with my family - including parents who only play video games when forced to - was just as fun, devolving into hysterics. The game has a lot to do with the people you play with, but nevertheless, is a fantastic medium to have casual fun - as the title says, it's a super party. When all is said and done, I find it easy to recommend this game because it's shortcomings do not detract from the fun that may be had.

In terms of content, Super Mario Party actually has more than most other MP games, even though it could definitely use more single player boards. I'm assuming Nintendo will add more with updates because they tend to give alot of free DLC to Mario games on Switch. The multiplayer partner boards are pretty fun too. My only problem is that there's still too much luck-based victories. Really, winning minigames isn't that big a deal because you can get 4th in literally every minigame and still come out in 1st place on the board without THAT much trouble.

Trapped in the house with children during a pandemic? This is a great game to play with the family. As are most Nintendo games this is a family friendly game with hours of content to play through and endless re-play ability. My daughter is 4 years old, and some of the mini games are a little difficult for her, but above this age there should be no issue. Up to 4 people can play locally, but note you will need 1 joy con per person playing, and it does not support the pro controller.

It’s been years since a decent Mario party game has come out. Using the joycons to play it make it a lot easier. Great game to play with friends.

It’s fun for family gatherings or couch co-op. The game moved back to basics by giving you control of the character. The only thing that doesn’t make this a 5star game is that you must have another set of joy-con ($80) to play 4 players. It’s Great!

Probably one of the best couch co-op games on the market. That market has grown shockingly small but this game nails it. 10/10. Not sure I would ever play it alone or online, but it in a group its a 10. Feels like a solid step forward from the old versions.

We have played a 10 round game almost every night since we purchased this the day after XMAS. Great fun with the kids. Happy Gaming Mario Fans!

It's not perfect, but I've owned and played all the console Mario Partys - and this is the best one. It really is the most accessible, and the graphics are gorgeous. Mini Games are mostly great, some stellar ones, some that are a little meh..

Been waiting for this game to come out since I heard it was going back it's original roots from the N64 days and it has plus some added fun features. Has plenty of mini games and lots of other stuff to do as well which even made it better! Only negative is that it REQUIRES Joy-Cons to play.. you can't use the Nintendo switch Pro Controller, which I didn't like cuzz bow I had to buy another set of over priced Joy cons, o well not worth taking off a star over since now I can have 4 players! This game is must buy if you plan on playing with others

This is just a great party game. We've had a lot of laughs and fun with Mario Party through the years and this one delivers! Best with friends!

I was apprehensive at first, based on some underwhelming word-of-mouth. But after a couple weeks with Super Mario Party, all worries disappeared. The mini-games are as fun as ever, and the new modes are an entertaining bonus. The character-specific dice add a new wrinkle of strategy, which is welcome. Only downside is a lack of boards (there are only 4), but in the end, that didn't really affect the overall gameplay, since it's the mini-games and the friends you play with that make the game what it is. Definitely recommended!

Pre-schooler loves to play Mario Party and all the mini-games. Great introduction to video games for children.
