I love this game. It creates the same excitement of a board game because who ever is winning can end up losing and vise versa. BIG plus for me is the mini games, they have some where it’s like motion control so it has a Wii feel to it. Great to play with multiple people, not so much alone, sorry :0 haha but that shouldn’t stop you from buying it!!

Very fun game like all the other Mario Parties. I haven’t played since Mario party on the wii and there are many changes on this one. You can play as a team with partners. You can also play other mini game modes such as the river rafting and dance party mode. All the modes you play are fun. Each character has their unique dice with certain numbers.

My 3 & 4 year old grasped the game quickly and we all enjoyed as a family.

Fun overall for the whole family & kids. Everyone can be involved.

This is the real deal. This is not a mini-game compilation or some other random product with a similar name - but the mario party you want to play. Get on the board with a few friends, collect stars, play silly minigames. It is well executed and everyone is always looking for a rematch. If you're looking for a Mario Party game you will not be disappointed - this one is great!

I was not a fan of the last Mario Party game for the Wii U. It had flaws and this one has a few but the positives out weigh that. The game is simple and full of different kind of experiences. The game play is easy and has a fun buddy system when playing the game boards. The new models are fun and different than each other so it's a different experience depending on what you choose.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews for this game, but I decided to pick the game up anyway. Boy were those people WRONG! There is not a single thing wrong with this game. It's a major enhancement over the last two MP games. Every single minigame is worth it, the new board games are wonderfully inventive, and the added characters add to the fun. This game is worth it. I highly recommend!

Whether you are simply looking for a fun Switch party game, or you've lost faith in the Mario Party franchise, look no further; this game has reclaimed the fun and simplicity of board and mini games! Couch co-op at its finest, and the Switch is the perfect console for it. Minigames are simple and easy to learn, and the Joy-Con controllers are great for their variety of functions!

Awesome! Much fun with friends, easy to understand!

This is a top notch game in terms of map creativity and minigames. The only downside is that there are only 4 maps, and Nintendo has essentially abandoned it in favor of bringing maps from old games back from the dead with Mario Party Superstars. That being said, it's still work purchasing at a sale price. The River game is very fun with 2 or more players and would be a great party game!

It took us a while to figure out the game, but we love that we can commit to a shorter or a longer time to play. Our favorite is the rafting adventure. It is definitely easier to play with four players than three players because the computer player does not always cooperate. The mini games are so much fun!

If you have friends that play games and you have a Switch and you throw parties or even have another friend who throws parties, you need this game. The only issue I can see is if you don't have enough controllers because each person needs their own single joy-con. Also you can't play the party mode online, but you can play minigames. Still well worth everything in my opinion.

This has to be one of the best Mario parties ever. The various games all used the joy cons pretty well, even going so far as to have some completely based around the HD rumble. If you have at least one other person to play with, this game can be great fun, mich better with 4. Solo players may not have much to go with, but at least there is a small online mode to play with others.

This game is different than other Mario Party games that I have played but it is still enjoyable as ever. The game itself is similar to other Mario Party games, but the strategy to the games are slightly different due to the different types of items and space leading to a new rendition of a game that has a fresh feel to it. It is highly recommended to anyone who likes Mario Party!
