Mario Party is back. They have been able to bring back the greatness that were the older Mario party games. I really like the new mechanics of "allies" for extra dice rolls and each character having their own unique die. Multiple game modes in this one as well and each have their own set of minigames, so plenty of enjoyment in this one. Play it!

The game is pretty good however controller support is not there, requiring the joycons to play the game can be frustrating if you only have one set of joycons when it comes to playing with a whole party

This is a fun game that is basically just mini games to enjoy with friends. when playing with 3 other friends (4 players total) it is great fun and can get very competitive. The only issue is that the amount of game design around the mini games is very limited. From a very slow board game type of game to a rafting adventure and just mini game pick-ems. different options on how to get to each mini game would be nice like a better large game to incorporate all the mini games, but the mini games themselves are great and fun!

Great game to play with people of all ages. Easy to pick up for anyone and fun to play. I wish there were more boards to choose from in this game. Overall it feels like this game will inevitably get DLC, it can feel lacking in some modes. I also wish there was online so I could play an entire game with friends who live far away. I feel like online play for multiple modes should be a standard feature nowadays. I would still pick it up if you are a Mario party fan and want a good game to play for when you have people over.

Super Mario Party ditches the everybody-travel-together mechanic of the past couple Mario Party games and once again has each player traveling around the board on their own. The boards are somewhat short compared to previous games. The addition of character specific dice and allies add layers of strategy to the Mario Party formula. Additional modes such as Partner Party, River Mode, Toad's Rec Room, and more add layers of fun and variety to the game. A greater variety of boards (there are only 4) would make the game stronger.

I used to love Mario Party on the Wii. Waited for it patiently to drop on the switch and it finally did and it is awesome. It will keep a party of friends engrossed for hours with unexpected moments awaiting at the roll of a dice. Definitely check it out, I would highly recommend this as one of the must-have party games for the switch.

Great to sit around and play with the family! Upgrade from the original with modern graphics! Easy to use for little ones

I've been a fan of Mario Party since the Game Cube and they keep getting better! I was very excited to get this when it came out, my husband surprised me with it. It's a great game to get the whole family involved, even when my 11 year old has his friends over, I can easily get them to put down Fortnite and play this with me!! :)

I bought this for my husband and I as we fell in love with the original Mario Party when we were kids! This one does not disappoint! Super fun, more challenging mini games and a definite improvement from the last Mario Party. Only thing we don't love is the ally feature. It takes so much extra time when taking turns. Other than that, we love it!

I absolutely love Mario Party. My wife and I have played it none stop since we purchased a week ago. There's plenty of variety for cooperative and individual game play. The mini games are fun and easy to learn. The River Survival Mode and Toads Rec Room are great new additions to the game. This is easily my favorite game on the Nintendo Switch.

Super Mario Party takes the series back to its roots in returning to the traditional board game set up. In some aspects, it goes a little too far back and loses some of the complexities that made some of the later installments interesting. With only 4 game boards that are all overly simple, it’s hard to give a 5 star review. The gameplay itself and the mini games are just so fun though. ONLY BUY THIS if you have friends/family to play with locally. The single player and online are both terrible at the time of this review

We have had Mario Party games in the Past for our other nintendo system and were excited when this was released for the switch. This game is similar to previous versions of Mario Party. It is a simple fun family game. If you have played Mario Party in the past and enjoyed it, I think you will be happy to have this game for your switch system.

I bought this version for my son's Switch and it was a simple process. We got the email with the code to download the digital version of the game onto his Switch and he's able to play it right away. No need to drive to the store to pick up the actual game. No need to wait for anything to ship to you. He loves the game and this works!

I can't express how happy I am that Nintendo returned to the series' roots with this installment, but they also made a bunch of changes that improve the Mario Party experience even further. Super Mario Party is packed with content despite only having four boards, and is a must play for anyone looking to return to the glory days of the series.

Super Mario Party - Nintendo Switch is a lot of fun. Lots of new mini-games that are fun for the family or for playing with friends. New game modes that emphasize teamwork or the more classic mode playing alone. I love the allies. The only down side is that in the most classic mode the player who is lucky enough to go first almost always wins because most of the time they get to all the stars and allies first.

This is my first Mario Party game in any platform. I found it cute and fun and easy to play for casual gaming. I had a lot of fun with my 9 year old daughter. The control is intuitive and responsive. Definitely one of the must have tittle on the Switch. The only slight negative is that you need a joy-con to play (Pro controller doesn't work)

Amazing graphics and minigames!! Very entertaining and fun!!

We always bring this with us for family get togethers, especially around the holidays when we are cooped up in the house. Several rounds of this puts smiles on everyone's faces as long as they can be a good sport. Great gameplay, bright colors and stellar animations with classic Nintendo characters. What more could you ask for?
