Such an improvement over the last Mario Party. I love playing this with family. The game has a couple where it's 100% luck but most use a little skill so kids have a good chance of winning games still.

Great game, very fun and excellent to play with the whole family. It's a combination of luck and ability since there are many mini-games to get extra coins. Perfect game to play with little kids.

Its a good game to engage the entire family, parents that are gamers are able to introduce their kids into this type of video games that are easy to play with the small controllers, my 4 year old daughter likes them.

1-2 Switch has been replaced by Super Mario Party as the needed multi-person party game for the Switch. Overall, there's a low barrier for entry for these mini games, and they aren't too hard for folks that don't play video games. Much like Mario Kart, there's a good deal of luck involved in winning, which evens the playing field if you're playing against seasoned players.

My kids were bugging me endlessly for Mario Party so I finally caved in. It did not disappoint at all. I'm actually playing and enjoying the game with them.

We haven’t had this long, but after enjoying Mario Party games all the way back to 2008, this one is really good. The new additions don’t take away from what Mario Party is at all. Looking forward to playing and playing and playing this.

Fun game for family. My son is 8 and loves this game.

It’s Mario Party. On the Switch. If you’ve played any previous Mario Party, you already know. This game is a must have if you like competitive board games. Things will get heated. You may even end a friendship or relationship. Worth it.

My favorite version is Mario Party 8 and so far nothing has lived up to that. This game feels like more of an updated version of Mario Party 8. It’s a lot of fun to play, with minigames that can be challenging, even for adults.

This game makes good use of the switch controllers and their variety of sensors with many of the mini games. So far the mini games seem fairly original and enjoyable with a good variety of FFA, 2v2, and 3v1. I left 1 star off from the lack of starting boards (4) and size of the boards seem rather small. This game should also be played with 4 friends to get the max value.

To be honest I was very excited to pick this game up. I had played all the past Mario Party games and albeit some were worse than others, I'd like to say this was probably close to the worst if not the worst in the series. It just seems very lacking in what it has to offer and to some might seem overly simplified. Although I felt it was a step in the right direction, I can't help but feel empty for the lack of I guess you can say content this game has. Don't get me wrong it can be very fun but after not too much time you will really see where this game somewhat fails. It's great to play with friends and family and good for some laughs. Like with other games of the like it does tend to get old fast. I do however like some of the game modes it has to offer. In particular there is this rhythm based one that is very fun. Anyway as excited as I was to play I just found overall for this game to be very underwhelming and honestly felt they could of made it a lot better. This is just not the Mario Party I know and love.

All the updates from the last mario party to this one make it worth it to buy. The maps are a lot of fun

One of the best mario party's in recent memory. Definitely top 3 of all time. The mini games sre fun snd adfing custom fice to the game created an entirely new way to strategically play the game against opponents. Its a party all night.

Mario Party on the Switch is great fun for solo and team gaming. Competitive and cooperative modes allow for different experiences and some hilarious gameplay moments. This has already been a major part of some amazing family game nights.

Mario Party has always been a fun party game and this one for the Nintendo Switch is no exception. It can be played with multiple people at one time. The rules are pretty easy to understand and the game is just a bunch of overall fun.

It's a lot of fun for mario fans. Love the diffrent types of games you can play. The only downside has been switching from the controllers when you play a different game (still new to the switch)

This game has become a family favorite. There are so many new and different challenges. It can be played with single or multiple players and on line- which makes it perfect for distance gaming.
