I chatted and called C/S, but different response all 3 times. I finally received the item Jan 4. Was never offered an explanation on what took so long. I already found a replacement at the same price so I purchased it for my grandson.

I bought this game thinking I would thoroughly enjoy it. Unfortunately after playing the game for a short time I didn’t enjoy the game or the controls that much. Thankfully I only ending up spending 20 something dollars so it wasn’t a complete waste of money. I would recommend buying a different baseball game like MLB the Show. That might be a higher quality game.
