Awesome character selection. Great graphics. I highly recommend. Wireless Gamecube controllers for the Switch work best, with this game.

I held off buying this game for a long time, but finally broke down and bought it for the Switch. I'm a longtime fan of Small Bros., and have owned every previous version on various consoles. The gameplay is ... fine? It feels less polished and more like they leaned into it being a button-masher. But gameplay aside, the menu system of the game is abysmal. It doesn't feel like a Nintendo product. It doesn't even feel like an indie product. It feels like a high-schooler's attempt of a UX/UI Design project. I hope Nintendo releases something better for the next version. As for me, it's bad enough that I returned and will be skipping this one.

Best Buy sent a defective game that does not read. I tried to return it but they won’t take back, replace or refund their defective product. They do not stand by their product quality claims. I now wonder if these are even authentic.
