  • Terrible Packing/Bumblebee's Box Was Torn

    I ordered this item online through the Best Buy Website. The item was poorly packed with no protection. The actual box for Bumblebee was missing parts, had tears and holes. The figure was also not even fastened to the box. The item was supposed to be new but looked like it had been opened up and played with. Unprofessional packing all the way around- very disappointing.
