I bought this for my son this summer previously he was a skylanders fan and he wanted to try something new. It's definitely different. Really fun and entertaining for kids! Especially putting together the legos and portal!

Lego Dimensions is a really fun game that takes popular franchises and allows them to all cross over and intertwine with each other. I would not pay the full retail of $89.99 for this, but the sale price was too good to pass up.

If your kid is not High School aged, that is. The game plays like almost every other Lego game however the interaction between physically built toys and the game being played makes this the best - and what looks like, the remaining - winner of the "Toys-to-Life" genre. (The others being Skylanders, Amiibo, and the now-defunct Disney Infinity and Disney Playmation.) Glitches are abound and it is wise to save often when you can as well as preload (and update!) the games before playing. POSITIVE: With Lego's seemingly ever-growing catalog of licenses for Dimensions, the actual game play of this system is lengthening. However... NEGATIVE: Consumers have to grapple with the question: "Do I need to have every character to play this game?" (There are at least 60+ characters right now with a rumored 10+ more on their way.)

Loved the game so much that we bought the PS4 version after the xbox one version. Actually, we bought this edition since it was the only way to get Supergirl:-). It is an awesome game that is worth the purchase.

This was on sale, and with GCU it was even better. In the house we are all big on the toys to life games. My wife loves the lego games and this is a great combination of the two. Great game, great fun

Really easy to put together and works very well. Hooks up was a breeze. The action figures looks great. Instructions was easy to read and understand the only hard part about this product is getting my kids to do anything else. Very fun and kid rating well buy my kits to have

The game has had continual support for the same base game over the year, unlike sky landers (and amiibo) and there are still more to come. Especially on sale, this game has a lot of value.

Waited for it to go on major sale and it is worth every penny. Lots of fun for all ages and the ability to play new games is awesome. Kids love to build things with the pieces too

If you like LEGO and video games you will really like Lego Dimensions because you can just expand and keep playing the game. The figures are great and the games are a lot of fun.

Wanted by my son for a long time. When put on sale I got it for him. He is very harry and overjoyed with it. He has added it to his collection of other LEGO Dimension sets.

My kids love legos and all the games. So when somebody decided to mash together a bunch of different worlds into one game they were smart. Best toys-to-life game out there.

Love the Lego Dimensions series and how you can team up with characters like Mr. T and Batman. A little disappointed you can only get Supergirl through the PS4 starter pack.

What I would call the quintessential LEGO video game experience. A nice tie-in to the actually really great film, with a lot of possibilities for more content down the line. Hopefully this doesn't go the way of Disney Infinity... Long Live LEGO!

The supervisor Lego dimension starter pack ps4 is a cool thing I brought for my child and he loves it we even brought other packs to play with it and he loves it.

Bought this game for the kids for x-mas and they love it. Only issue is they wanted to play it so much they didn't actually build anything. Still a great game!

My family is loving Lego Dimensions. Unlike Disney Infinity, we can play any Lego character in any level and my kids love that. Batman in ghost busters!

This game is incredibly fun. With the great lego games gameplay, a good story, and the combination of the fun of actual legos this is a must buy

Bought and you can this because i love Lego. Game is fun and addicting. Love it cause you don't have to buy Starter packs like Disney Infinity.

I love this game and wish it would be continued beyond the original 3 year promise. Getting a free Supergirl character is awesome too.

My kids have had skylanders before, so we tried the lego dimensions. The older son, age 9, says that lego dimensions is better because it gives him the opportunity to play a game as well as make lego pieces.
