Never got it!

Tried to tell them but they didn't listen. So, I'm out of a movie & my money has not been refunded. From now on I'll just buy from Amazon!

Description of format is very misleading!

Why in the world does the description have every format possible if it's only 4k? Not at all happy. Too much to do to bother returning it.
