This product only brings your service inside the house. It does not increase your cell service. We have 1 to 2 bars outside, we have 1 to 2 bars inside.

Tried the booster on the roof which is over 20ft and it was so spotty increase for dB it just wasn't worth the cost. Took it back for a refund.

This didn’t help enough to justify the price. If it were not already installed I would return.

Posted .I am responsible for Surecall sales in Canada and 80% of our home booster customers are in remote/rural locations. You should upgrade the cable to thicker RG-11. This cable is not expensive but it will give you 67% more power inside. If that doesn't do the trick you should reach out to Surecall's customer support... they might help you by deferring the cost of swapping out your Omni antenna for a Higher gain Yagi antenna. Fusion4Home Yagi/Whip is a much better choice when the outside signal is weak.

The performance of a signal booster greatly depends on the outside signal. Meaning, there must be *some* usable signal for the signal booster to catch, and then boost. I wonder if that could have been part of the reason our booster didn't work so well for you. Although very rare, other reasons could be a defective antenna or booster. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience of the booster not working. We are glad to hear that you were able to return it for a refund.

It's only about a mile to a reliable signal, but at our house it was missed calls, dropped calls, and "I can't hear you". After installing this according to the instructions, we can make and take calls with no problems whatsoever. Data too; before we could barely get texts in and out, but now 4G internet. It's important to understand that you must have a signal present to start with, but we went from unusable to great in a day.
