    I truly love this tablet it is phenomenal I love the Microsoft Word I like that I can talk my words into it without doing a lot of typing this was worth the money that I spent on it can't remember what it was but it's paid for hahaha

    It was a great computer. Always get the 16 gb ram if you plan on using media. This didn’t meet my particular needs but it was a good tablet/computer Highly suggest you get the Best Buy total tech insurance. I was able to switch out my model fora better one. You get what you pay for!

    i bought this for my grandson when he was homeschooling last year, sad to say he didn't tell me until recently that he has been logged out of this for quiet sometime, i hope geek squad will be able to help me with no problems, since i am paying $179.99 annually for help

    I had an older SurfacePro…first generation. The screen cracked because of my own stupidity. It was so reliable all these years, I decided to get another one. This one has a slightly larger screen…which is nice. It has two usb-c ports…so my only gripe is that I can’t plug in my Bluetooth mouse.
