I've only had a couple months and I fear it will require a replacement. Other than that, it has been great to me. Easy to set up and use. Love the screen size, lightweight, and portability.

Good laptop alternative

Not okay for new unit, but hope yo fix with update. Love the functionality and ease of use. Price is a bit fustrating. The unit was 999 on sale for 799, but then 70 for mouse and 150 for keyboard. I would prefer a package deal. Overall i do like my unit.

Surface Pro is a powerful beast

The keyboard is good but can be better but it does light up so you can work in low light conditions. The battery is another as why I purchased this unit. The battery has a very extended life. Powers up and down quickly, the sims card connection is fast also. The scene is nice and vibrant. Overall I am very pleased with the unit.

This is extremely easy to travel with (more so than a laptop) and is more functional than a simple tablet or a phone. I would not use this as my everyday machine, but it does see some usage when I’m not traveling. I like using this as a tablet. I honestly think the iPad Pro (2018) has the better form factor, but it simply doesn’t have the same functionality as a Windows machine.

I wanted something like a hybrid and this has met the mark. It is lightweight and extremely versatile allowing me to take everywhere. For anyone on the go, this unit is great!

It will not run 64 bit apps. There are some that will run with an emulator. So it will all of office. browsers and most of the apps in the MS Store. It is a beautiful piece of hardware that looks really great playing media.

This item was purchased my my daughter who is a college student. My older daughter has the Surface Pro 7 but has to rely on the college wi-fi, which can be sluggish at times. This tablet keyboard combo connects 4G to our family Verizon account allowing for seamless signal.

Tablet is just the right size but on the heavy side. The sim card slot took some finding but it's under the back stand flap. Screen is bright and vivid. Battery life is good. Responsive with no lag even on LTE.

The Geek Squad was very helpful and spent a lot of time loading programs and making it work for me.
