I'm very happy so far with my new surface. I'm more of an apple /Mac power user but I gotta say I'm impressed with this windows machine. Works very well. Smooth and quick. This has definitely changed my opinion of Microsoft

This lab top is amazing works very well and is easy to maneuver . Overall I’m very satisfied with my choice of laptop I like that I can disconnect the keyboard and use it as a tablet if I’d like. It’s not bulky or hard to carry nor is it hard to store

The computer itself is everything I wanted. Love the tablet/laptop capabilities. I do wish the screen was a bittt larger. But honestly, the surface pro x is great great purchase I would make again. The cover, keyboard and stylus are also great, and i am happy I spent the additional funds to get these accessories. The bluetooth bendable mouse that I purchased same day in store connected seamlessly. Took a couple days of getting accustomed to a new mouse design. But 1 month later, I am still using every single item purchased daily. Definitely recommend over an iPad if you are debating. I gavw the newest ipad pro with largest screen, and the iPad functionality pales in comparison to what the Surface Pro does. Its a no brainer- go with the Surface Pro. The tablet and stylus functions on the Surface exceeded my expectations.

The Surface Pro X is a glimpse of an ARM-powered Windows future, combining the best bits of phones and computers, but while that future is closer than ever, it isn’t quite ready yet. The new Surface Pro X might look like the rest of Microsoft’s Surface tablets on the outside, but it is fundamentally a different beast on the inside. It has a new processor at its heart called the SQ1, which Microsoft partnered with mobile-chip maker Qualcomm to create, instead of a traditional Intel or AMD chip. It is ARM-based, just like the one inside your phone, not an x86 chip, which has been used in most computers for decades. I think this is just the beginning of something great!

is a good surface, but have some problems with some drivers, because the processor is new architecture (ARM64), still need more development about the drivers

While it does have its limitations, the computer functions with great battery life and a stunning display. Some drivers prevent completely being able to replace a traditional laptop (my Dell printer driver installs but cannot print), but overall very happy with the purchase.

Visually this thing is 10/10. It is snappy and has good battery life. However it comes with an ARM based processor which means that you wont be getting 64-bit Windows app support. Kind of reminds of Surface RT, which was a big let down. Also functionality as a tablet is sub-par. Things have improved from the RT failure but for the price point, the Pro X is still not there yet. It gets 1/10 for value for money. The wow factor wears off super fast

Amazing! I enjoy the slimmer form factor and thinner bezels over the Surface Pro. So far, I have had no application compatibility issues with the ARM processor. Battery life is great and love adding a SIM card to get mobile access.

I needed a new computer for college, and the battery life is great. The stand built into the tablet is very durable. The detachable keyboard is soft a decent size. Very great product I would recommend the surface pro to anyone.

I already have an older Surface that is nearly 5 years old to use in business and at home. This new Surface X is for my wife, to replace an old tower computer. So far, she could not be happier with the new Surface X.

This is a great device for travel and light to heavy office work. I was surprised at how compatible it has become with the Windows 11 32 and x64. I liked it so much I returned this and got one with the SQ2 16/512. And now, Windows Subsystem for Android is a gamechanger. AWESOME One thing I do not like is that the SQ2 should support 5G but the system does not support it! It's fast enough on T-Mobile utilizing all of the bands available with 4G, but I am sorely missing 5G. Shux.

I was aware of the limitations of the ARM processor when I purchased this item and while there have been a few time I wish it had a specific app that has been a rare occasion. Use it as it is intended and it is amazing and gets amazing battery life.

Absolutely love my new surface pro! It’s even better than what I expected! I always appreciate the associates product knowledge when deciding on items to purchase at Best Buy!

Like the bigger screen but certain apps from Microsoft store do not work properly yet. Come on Microsoft!

So far after using it for a month or so. It’s been great for work, having the LTE and being able to pull up info on the fly has been awesome

This is such a great computer. Light, compact, fast and will all the bells and whistles I could ask for. I hadn't purchased a laptop in quite some time and wanted one that could transition with me back into the tech and/or telecom world.

This device is exceeding all of my expectations, so far. It started out questionable, when I wasnt able to log into my gmail account. One trip back to the geek squad, and everything was resolved.

Amazing tablet and computer in 1. I prefer this over the Ipad pro. Very durable and the picture quality is very clear. It is very light and I am able to take it to work and it is not heavy. Would recommend getting it.

Working as expected, battery last longer than expected. Pen works very well, face id is really fast. Was really surprised about the image quality and sound. I use it for my studying and for movies.

Perfect portable tablet, it powerful and sleek. It has blazing speed processor, only one thing is it would be better if they had given USB Type A instead of type C. Make a complete laptop with type cover.
