    I'm not sure what changed besides the ARM processor from the Surface 6 pro to the Surface X, but it definitely isn't as fast in switching between apps. I cant run as many apps and the cell coverage requires some third party company or sprint which doesn't work anywhere, so it's kind of useless.

    I am frequently away from my office computer and need fully access to my web based programs. Some of them aren't mobile friendly so using my phone isn't a good alternative. I added the pro-x to my cell plan and now can complete my work from anywhere without worrying about the security of a wifi connection.

    They're gonna tell you the ARM architecture is not a problem, but its a problem. Neither Adobe Acrobat DD nor Carbonite will run on this computer.

    Had Less than a year and got the blue screen no bootable operating system found, very disappointing can't recover, so now working with Microsoft to replace. Liked it while it worked

    Purchased for my wife's Christmas hoping to replace her old iPad and serve as a laptop. It took 3 tries to update to Windows 11. Had to buy a USB adapter for her to use all her applications. Stopped turning on on day 3, but a known issue for which there was a fix button-push online. I have an IT background and worked through it. Had I not been around to work thru the upgrade, come up with the adapter idea, or research the power on issue, she probably would have returned it. Recommend it if you are accustomed to dealing with those occasional Windows issues that sometimes

    I am very pleased with this device however, a charging cord did not come with it. I purchased an opened box deal which specified it came with a charger but when it arrived there was no charger.

    This is my second Surface Pro and I am very pleased. Setting up to use with my wireless printer was easy and the quality is excellent. I am very happy with this purchase. The price was great especially with the bundle that included keyboard and slim pen.
