Extremely extensive for all types of fitness activity, however the heart rate monitor is not within watch, a separate heart rate band is necessary. Takes time to learn the capabilities, functions, and operations, especially the automatic monitoring.

Awesome watch for marathons and beyond

I was really happy with the quality of this watch. I am hard on products and this thing is not fragile. It still looks great; like it came out of the box yesterday despite hours of long sweaty runs in the mountains. The accuracy of it is pretty great too.
