SVS make great subwoofers. Changed the way I watch movies. It's like having IMAX sound in my living room!!

Returned this item as I decided to go with two SVS SB-1000 Pro subwoofers instead. Slightly more to go with two sealed boxes but worth it in my case as two subs offer better sound than one. The PB-1000 is slightly better sound than the SB-1000 (better lows) but overall very comparable to each other.

I’ve wanted an SVS sub for years. Finally pulled the trigger and super glad I did. This may be their basic “budget” sub but my god, will rattle the windows with clear, deep bass. Worth the price.

replaced a 25 year old Velodyne sub woofer with this new, update SVS model- Go for the ported version and make sure you get this new updated model that you can control with an app. Plays really low with no distortion and movies really rumble in a realistic way!

Well balance for home theater experience. Major upgrade from my original JBL sub. Recalibrated my system and this new sub adds an additional dimension to the experience. Not over powering but gives an increased spectrum to sound. I highly recommend it.

I purchased two of these for my HT room. They are simple to integrate via their remote control/app, which is easily downloaded and user friendly. In my <1900 sq.' room they easily pressurize the whole area for a smooth response in combination with the Audyssey MultEQ XT32 processing in my AVP.

Awesome sound, great for movies and music. I would recommend getting two. At 599 it s a deal, at 799 its bordering on being overpriced.

Very nice product... but pro 2000 is way to awesome.. upgraded to pro 2000. I like room feeling base .. 1000 pro was not matching up with my martinlogan 40i .. its good for samll room not for big room

My first SVS product. I wanted the PB-2000 pro, but unfortunately I don’t have the room for a pair of them up front with my towers and tv stand. So I “settled” for these smaller ones, and I’ll never buy another brand of sub ever again. Bone rattling bass, clean and powerful. Advertised to go all the way down to 17hz, and it doesn’t disappoint.

Purchased as a second subwoofer for my home theater system. Very satisfied with the performance. Despite SVS claiming theor subs don't require a break in period, it 100% sounds better and is much more responsive after a couple hours of use

This is a tremendous subwoofer!! I wanted to go with SVS for awhile but I wanted a little more than the 1000 series had to offer. Then just when I needed it SVS released the NEW PRO series and that clinched it. Nice deep lows, sub 20Hz, tight and accurate defined bass for music. I would definitely recommend this as a great started sub for anyone.

I love svs now that i had the opportunity to try them indont see myself changing subs any time soon again you can feel these things great sound for a great price

Im a bass head and these hit nicely the app is nice to fine tune they sound good but dont hit like a 12 this size should think i may go larger befor giving up on SVS..

Pretty nice sound but extremely huge & bulky. Zero instructions on installation, the Tech even wished that he had a copy.

Digs deeper than my old sub….. more presence. The guys at magnolia (Overland Park) really have helped a bunch!

This sub packs a punch without breaking a sweat. Solid dynamic range that can fill even a larger sized room. Thinning of getting a second one but worried it might be too much LOL.

This is one of the best 12" subwoofer I've ever owned. Will be buying another one from Best Buy this summer. The sound of this sub with my home theater system hits hard.

I purchased a second of these to go with a definitive audio surround sound setup and these things are awesome. Clean and low bass for movies and video games. I have never had two subs before but I definitely recommend if your budget allows.
