Great sub for the money with a big BANG! I bought this sub to partner with the 2000, I did not want another sub with as big as a footprint and that's why I selected the SVS PB-1000.

If you want great bass reponce for music and moves buy two and. You won’t be disappointed Just give them a good break in period.

I have this paired with Sony core speakers and receiver. I couldn’t be happier. The app is super handy for tuning the sun for music.

If you ever want to buy a subwoofer only to barely hear any difference whether it is on or off this one is for you. No booming or shaking here. Low rumble only.

The PB1000 Pro has very clean, tight bass for this price point. The ported design truly helps project the bass into the room. Being able to connect and configure it via the SVS app is a huge plus and easy to use. In my case, I use this sub mostly for music with a lot of drums and bass. The clarity and tightness from this sub allows me to hear lower spectrum details that other subs I've had couldn't convey clearly (JBL, Bose, Infinity, Def Tech). SVS put a lot of effort into the build quality, fit and finish, and features that makes you feel completely satisfied with this purchase. This is an amazing entry level sub! If you have the budget, I highly recommend that SVS be at the top of your list.

Bought to replace my 30 year old Velodine subwoofer. It was the perfect addition to my home theater system really adds depth to the bass and is outstanding with the sound effects with movies.

This sub is fantastic! It hits levels below what we can hear, yet FEEL instead. The app very responsive and a great way to make adjustments on the fly. (Usually have to tone it down at night, as the wife says it’s shaking the house!)
