I am very pleased with my SVS 12" subwoofer, It has completely changed my home theatre system. The bass is unmatched with previous subwoofer. I beyond please with my purchase. I would definitely recommend.

Kind of weak for me. The SB 2000 Pro and 3000 Pro are better if you have a mid to high-end system.
However, if you have entry-level (basic setup) the SB 1000 will be a great Sub.

Packaging is utterly poor! No protection to the subwoofer whatsoever. God knows how much of a tossing it went through during transport.
This is how you pack and send a $500, heavy equipment? This simply shows the lack of respect BB has to the purchaser and the device itself.

Went from another brand with the copper woofer to the SVS and wish I had done it sooner. This thing shines with home theater set up. Lows are deep, real deep.

If you're looking for incredibly deep 20hz bass in a small room, the SB1000 Pro delivers. I bought a pair of these mini wonders for a 200 sq ft room and my mind is blown! Tight bass that you can feel in your chest. The app is icing on the cake. Highly recommend!. JV, Pittsburgh.

This is not a great subwoofer. I just installed 2 of these. One in the living room, one in the master bedroom. I am unimpressed.
I so wanted to like this thing, as the marketplace needs a good sub like this at this price point. It looks great. The specs are on point. The size is nice. The price would be very reasonable IF it sounded like a quality subwoofer (and by quality subwoofer I don't mean crazy stupid loud subwoofer, I mean the sound of an actual subwoofer) There is something very off about this thing... it has a low mid honk that cannot be dialed out no matter the crossover point, the output volume of the thing is sketchy > It is hard to find the sweet spot for volume output. This device is an obvious combination of very inexpensive electronics and very inexpensive speaker. However, the speaker enclosure is nice.
