One of the best e-bike ride, I never had so much fun riding a bike especially from an electric bike. I have gotten a lot of compliments from people asking me where can they purchase one of these e-bikes

This is a great a fun bike to use outdoors, it goes pretty fast and it goes a pretty far distance on a full battery. The one thing I wish I would’ve caught on to first was the battery. My battery doesn’t hold its charge and also dies a lot faster than my girlfriends who also has the same exact one but just purchased from Amazon. Her’s will last a lot longer than mine and also has more power. That’s the only thing really wrong with the bike and the brakes could use some tweaking but my advice is check your battery before you buy and make sure its a good one!!

Would have given this a 5 star rating however when this arrived, the first one showed obvious signs of weather damage. The battery cradle had rusted screw heads. The second one that came was in prefect condition and runs as advertised!

We bought this bike for my son for Christmas 2021. He really likes the bike and it’s easy to ride. Looks nice and the frame and tires are good quality. I’m super disappointed in the battery, battery died completely in July and swagtron is out of stock for replacement batteries. Trying to replace battery under warranty is fruitless.

I got this e-bike for my 10 year old son a little over a year ago and he loves it!! It has held up very well. I even enjoy riding it and I am 6 ft, over 300 lbs. He is on his 3 charger but we are hard on things like that around here. I would definitely recommend getting one.

I bought the bike during winter of 2022. So I never got a chance to test it and check it out. I’m the summer 2023 I assembled by bike and it was not working. I immediately contacted them and told them what’s going on. They sent me a new battery but the bike didn’t work. I even bought another battery but the bike still did not work. I asked them either to exchange it or give me back my money. They told me to ship the bike to them to check it out. To ship the bike back to them costs the same amount that I bought the bike. They are not helping and now they are quite. These are crooks

only rides about 9-10 miles before dying out after a year of ownership, the kick stand is pretty crappy, my commute to work is 2.5 miles round trip so i can get about 3 trips without charging but there’s def better options out there

Easy to use, fun to ride, and great option for unlicensed driver’s

This bike is pretty impressive. May not be the fastest on a ride, but it’s got some pretty good torque. My 12 year old beats me up our hill by a huge lead in this while I’m on my P-51 Bullet. Mine has a 750w motor with 1800w peak!

Great bike for casual fun riding. You can pedal or use the throttle. It is a heavy bike.

I bought a swagtron bike for my son in February. It stopped charging and has no way to operate and it's only been 3 months. I went to Best buy to get a new one and it's been sitting in my garage for 2 weeks unassembled. They have not shown up to any appointments to assemble the bike. This will be the last time I shop at Best buy for a bike. They cannot even service the product that they're selling. And there is no one to answer their telephone here in the United States. I have to continually get my car to drive a half hour to the store with no results.

Nice bicycle good size most likely for team a years

All round high quality and looks more expensive then it’s price, came in a day before estimated delivery date. Assembly took under 40 minutes, highly recommend for anyone under 5’9 or under 230LB. Perfect for cruising around in any terrain.
