    I love the scooter but the kick stand needs improvement and the rear view mirror is worthless. They need to bring back the cell phone holder

    Fun little scooter, my son uses it now to get to and from work when we are not able to drive him to work.His job is approximately 4 miles from home takes him less than 20 mins to get to work. And about the same back ( slight up hills coming back) stays charged all day so far no issues.

    The scooter that was shipped to me had a faulty throttle. Although the scooter connected easily to my mobile phone, I had difficulty with the throttle, it seems as though there was an electrical short. I often had to play around with the throttle cable to get the throttle to work. The throttle eventually stopped working all together. I recommend getting an extended warranty for this scooter.

    Had to return. After Charging this up it showed that the Battery health was fair instead of great!

    I bought this scooter for my daughter, thinking it would be a good value, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. The kickstand was faulty, and the rear fender broke, which I had to replace. After only four months of light use, the motor and throttle needed replacement too - just FOUR months! To make matters worse, the company did not stand behind the product. You'll have to pay for shipping to their service center and then pay for shipping again if you want the unit back. I STRONGLY advise AGAINST buying this scooter. Instead, save yourself money and frustration by investing in a more reliable one. It's best to STEER CLEAR of this product!!
