Continued to beep charged for four hours only lasted 15mins and in-between it Continued to turn off. Would have been a great purchase if it worked with the lights bluetooth connection and start up self balancing but it didn't. Also has an app that works when it wants as well for $200 I expected better.

Terrible, unreliable product with almost no warranty. It broke within days of being used. I bought it on sale at the end of August as a Christmas present. Within days of my daughter using it, it broke and refuses to even turn on. Swagtron refuses to fix it. It is outside of their 90 day warranty. They said I could ship it to them at my expense to get an estimate to fix it. They refused to give any price to fix it before it is shipped to them. The product description is deceptive and makes it look like there is a 5 year warranty. I shouldn't be surprised at this level of deception as they lied about the size of the tires and that it is able to be used offroad. I now have an expensive hoverboard that won't even turn on. Thanks for upsetting my daughter on Christmas. May all of you at Swagtron be treated the same way you treated us, you Scrooges.

My two boys loves this! I am not one to buy these type of toys. I’d rather a bike or scooter… but this thing has brought so much joy to my kids! I would recommend at least one.. just be safe.. this thing has power!

Within two weeks the Swagtron Warrior XL had one wheel stop functioning. Returned and got another. Same issue. Within two weeks one wheel stopped functioning. Was able to get money back. Too afraid to purchase another Swagtron product.

Love the oversized tires, love the app and the music quality is nice and the lights are bright

I have done the research on this product so I was comfortable with my purchase. But once I bought it I was very impressed with the quality. Great buy and price!
