    Horrible product...lasted 7 months then won't charge. Customer service from the vendor was no help and would not return my messages. Now im order to take a look at it i have to pay for shipping. Might as well buy a different brand.

    Rides nicely but will not stay charged so may have to return, it it dies within 6-7 mins if being charged for hrs so the battery life is not too good :>(

    Battery won’t stay charged. I purchased in May for Christmas. I bought 2. They were opened in July. Before September the batteries started not keeping a charge. I brought them back to Best Buy and was told that I would have to contact the manufacturer. I have submitted emails and haven’t received a reply.

    Was disappointed because this is an off road hoverboard yet as soon as it hits a bump in the sidewalk it either stops or ya fall back. Quality wise is excellent like every other hoverboard that ISN'T off road.

    my granddaughter really enjoys the hover board. It was also easy to order and pick up was very simple- in and out in 5 minutes!

    This is the best out of the several different hoverboards we tried out. Especially for pairing with a go kart attachment, it was the best one for control-ability of the go kart, while others we tested went out of control quickly and too easily when trying to operate with a go kart attachment.

    Excellent hoverboard for a big kid. Son is over 200 lbs and this thing can hold him and have full speed. Speakers are loud. He loves it.
