If I could 0 stars I would! This scooter started to first break where the handles wouldn’t stay in place, then the accelerator would accelerate without touching it. Now the bolt from the back wheel has completely came off. Of course I thought there was a 1 year warranty because most electronic parts have that but the warranty is only 90 days, in which many of the issues already begun in that time. This is a children’s scooter and should be recalled for safety issues!

This moves extremely fast and was exactly how explained. I have 6yr old twins who I bought these for and they love it.

This was the perfect Christmas gift for my teen daughter. It goes fast and holds a long charge she has been on it everyday since Christmas even in the cold Michigan weather.

I think it's great if you are just looking to have something that does the job, however it can go through hurdles with big holes and dents on concrete, also you may have to be under 5'11 to enjoy the scooter as it is short. I'm 5'3" and I enjoy it pretty well .

It was easy to put together. I love the way how easy it was to ride it and it’s comfortable.

I am so severely disappointed in this item. Not only did I not receive any sort of manual or information, I didn’t receive a charger as well. The scooter, does not reach 15 mph nor does it last more than 30mins-1hr without charge (basically it will go 1-2 miles before it’s dead). My battery randomly went out and what do you know, the listing has disappeared and the customer service number is fake/ a dead line. Now I wasted $200 on a scooter that was worth $20. So disappointed.

My daughter (10 years old) loved it. Problem is one drop from kick stand folding in cracked acrewn. Best buy replaced. Lost in mail or stolen and they refunded me. I got her a better one with air tires aince it rides smoother

This was a Christmas present for my Son-in-Law so that he wouldn't have to walk to work every day in the cold weather. He loved it immediately but, unfortunately, the battery would not hold a charge so we had to return it. Our Best Buy did not have any more in stock so he switched to a different brand, which cost a little more, and it is working, and charging, perfectly. It only takes him three minutes to get to and from work now!

The first one we received had to be returned because of the battery. The second one is very good. I like that it can take a lot of punishment from a kid and is built to last. If we're going to spend the money us Americans need the value out of it!

Takes around 4 hours to charge but travels less than a mile while fully charged. Good for short trips, not good if you're a commuter.

Battery is weak and where you plug cord in easily shifted out of place making it impossible to reconnect! Don’t buy

Charges pretty quick. I bought it for my 10 yr old and i ride it to test it out. It was a smooth ride and goes pretty fast. So far, I would recommend this to a friend. I think the price is a bit much but was able to get it priced c match from a competitor when i purchased it.

My kid loves it. I like how much speed it can pick up. Only thing I did not like, is that the battery won't last to long

Bought this for my 10 year old. She loves it! We go in far rides.
