    Poor support, questionable quality control

    I purchased 3 of these systems a year ago. One of the systems has had 3 camera failures in that time. You can get replacements under warranty, but it takes a month of working with this lethargic company and diligence on your part. They are very slow to communicate. I'm guessing they are intentionally understaffed. Also, their Android security app is awful. It crashes a lot. Trying to play videos is convoluted and unwieldy. It's ok for monitoring but you are much better off with their PC program or directly using the NVR. Also be sure to update the firmware of the cameras themselves or you will probably experience connectivity problems with them.

    Hard to customize There is lag between the real picture and the picture received on mobile phone I get many unnecessary notifications,even when it starts to snow I srr to art getting many notifications

    When I purchased this product the description said wireless and did not explain the power requirements for the cameras needed to be hardwired.
