Terrible night vision and only last 2 years! This is my second one and shame on me to even give them a 2nd try as the 2nd one lasted about as long as the first!

This recorder will display on almost any monitor using a VGA/HMDI cable. In order to get your system set up at first, you will require connection to a monitor. This will allow you full access to all settings. Due to security reasons, not all settings can be configured remotely. The cameras included in this kit do not have audio features. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. If you have not already, contact our support team and see how we can further assist.

I guess my next (and needed) security camera system will not be Swann.
