like the video sound doesn't work

Called the swan help line no help at all I like the video, it was easy to install I would not recommend because of the swan help line and not being able to have sound.

If audio is needed in addition, you would have to look into self-powered CCTV microphones to be added into the audio in ports on the back of the recorder. Without the proper wiring you will not be able to achieve audio in the video. For kits with audio features, we would recommend looking into any of our NVR systems.

The Monitor Resolution Needs to Match
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There was nothing wrong with the cameras, only I needed a 4k TV in order to receive 4K quality images, so it reverted to 1080p on the 1080p TV, and 720p on the 720p TV. So for those not technically savvy, it's something to keep in mind.

Possible upgrade for more cameras make this a good future proof system. Remote access is also good as this is another option to use instead of going out to where the recorder is at.

They suggested “reboot the DVR”. Great first response. I played along and still would not work. Next suggestion......try a different iOS app. LOL. Their own app doesn’t work. Returning this as soon as I can.
