    Cameras good. Mobile app sucks.

    The cameras are great. When viewed on my TV. It is a pain to install and set up, even with a skilled home repair or IT background. It's not intuitive at all. Make sure you are 100 percent on the location of the camera. You will have to drill holes in your walls and those don't fill back in very easily. If I could have used the iOS app before purchasing this system, I would have passed it right up. The app is extremely bad. Yes, I get push notifications but it just takes me to the live view and not the video clip that triggered the alert. And good luck trying to figure out how to view the clips. There is no manual for the app. Most of the time I have to manually connect to the DVR system in the app for it to connect. And in an emergency situation, that takes precious time. If I could return this today, I would. But, if you are looking for a wired system that is always recording motion (by heat not just visual motion), this is a good system. If you are looking to use the system for alerts or anything that has to do with viewing on a mobile device, I would pass this up. I don't know of a wired system that works the way the wireless ones do. I should have gotten the Arlo like my sister did.

    Installation was easy, expect to buy additional cords if bigger house. Advertised To work with google but programming was outdated. Have a good time with Swann costumer support updating to get it to work. Still doesn’t work to this day. They sent an email that lead to nowhere. Didn’t know any thing more. Hung up on me. Cameras pitcher is good, but again software update is horrible with no customer support (your on your own their). Recommended buy different brand if you can afford. Ratting will change if they ever call back.
