System is easy to setup, ability to view from mobile device is great. Cameras work great and easy setup with both google chrome cast or Alexa. Biggest issue is that power supply don’t work well with extension cables over the 50ft included cables, even if you buy and use their 100 ft extension. Cameras will lose signal and not record or broadcast

Nice camera. Installs easy and has an easy to use app. Just wish the end connectors screwed off the cable so you don't have to drill as big a hole.

The picture quality of SWANN cameras is excellent with reasonable price. This is why I purchased the system. However after installation I realize overall system performance is somewhat disappointing. The user interface is clumsy, not intuitive/friendly, not built to todays standards. System playback from remote (computer/phone) not working well. The customer support are friendly and responsive. My system was installed by Geek Squad. They are nice guys but their knowledge on the system is minimal and can not provide much help beyond the physical installation and cable wiring. They encountered difficulties setting up the system. They were never trained by SWANN on the system they install. They arrive without written testing procedures to demonstrate the system is functioning as expected. I am very surprised by unprofessional process by SWANN/Best Buy process.

No complaints camaeras work fine with one or two going out from time to time
