The Trackcam will not let you delete video from the app even though it says you can. You have to remove the card and put it in a laptop or other card reader. The Trackcam quit working after 15 months. Just outta warranty. Tech support said the only fix would be to buy a new camera.

For the best experience, we would recommend that both devices be connected to a high-speed network. If your mobile device is not meeting the bandwidth requirements the resolution may be lower than desired or will not connect at all. Please reach out to a member of our technical support team and provide your Internet upload and download speeds. This will help us troubleshoot your device. Due to security reasons, the application will not allow you to delete the footage. The system will automatically overwrite any previous footage once full. Swann offers a one-year warranty provided a copy of your receipt or up to 36 months with valid registration on a Secure + Plan. Outside of this timeframe, we are unable to process a replacement free of charge. Click on the blue box on the bottom right-hand corner to live chat with a technical support agent or contact us over the phone.
