I've been wanting to get a security system for awhile now. I have neighbor kids that have been being disrespectful to my property. I also live in a so-so neighborhood. So protectingy investments is important to me. Having my own business and expensive equipment in my garage. Also having a private bar in my back yard, is nice to protect everything. I was blown away on how easy it was to hook up. Took some time but after figuring out a game plan I was very happy. Love the HD resolution and also the night time and away settings. During the day my dog is running around a lot so having options to turn off motion senser is great. The Door bell is awesome!!! Didnt even have a door bell, my mother now lives with me and she's hard of hearing, so she now can hear A door bell! I'm so looking forward to other options. For example I'm having a live music event at my place and I'm hoping to be able to record the entertainment! I haven't been able to ise the speaker on the door bell yet. But really like that feature too. I would probaly use it more to say Hi to Mom or the mail man...haha The night vision and infrared is very cool too. Overall review. VERY happy that I purchased this and will recommend others. I even have a friend already interested.

I’d recommend this setup for anyone who wants more than the average security protection. I’m using 2 cameras to cover the front and back of my house. The cameras have built-in lights and alarms that would easily deter someone from breaking and entering. The camera view is wide enough to cover most of my front yard, but there is the ability to zoom in on certain areas. Paired with the 4K high resolution, you can make out smaller details, such as faces or license plates. There’s a card for their install service in the box, but I ended up installing the cameras myself. You need to be handy, if you want them mounted nicely with hidden wires, but setting up the system and connecting the cameras to the hard drive is straightforward and easy. The video doorbell is a nice touch if you want everything on the same setup. I enjoy the all-black look, and its quality is good enough to catch a porch pirate. Doorbell setup is simple. It took about 10 minutes to get the doorbell up and running. The only criticism I have with this setup is the Swann App. It’s not user-friendly, but if you’re tech-savvy you won’t have a problem navigating the app. All in all, I’d recommend this to anyone who wants more eyes on their home without paying for subscription services.

If you just want a video doorbell for the convenience get a ring. If you want professional security monitoring call ADT. If you want the best of both worlds with no subscription fess get this security system from Swann! This package comes with a video doorbell with a great camera that is was super easy to install. It also has four hd cameras that are wired for extra security. All video footage from these cameras is stored locally on the included dvr, so you don’t have to pay for cloud storage or subscription fees from companies like ADT. In my opinion this system combines great video monitoring that you would get from a security company along with the convenience of a video doorbell without letting Jeff Bezos see your doorstep.

So far I am very impressed with this system. The cameras have great sensors and can pick up very high resolution during the day and night. I had expected to need two cameras to cover our back door but with the high resolution and wide angle of view I may only need one. I like that the system has its own storage hardware and wiring rather than relying on a wifi system. I expect this is likely to require less long-term maintenance since all of it's functionality is contained within Swann and internet access is not a requirement. I see this system as a huge step up from a video doorbell with internet connectivity. Having it's own local storage gives me more control over the system and I believe means it will be less likely to get pushed into planned obsolescence as quickly as many of the internet based units. Despite having all the hardware needed to operate off-internet this still seems to have all of the features of a unit that relies on internet connectivity; online video storage, backup, and viewing are all possible as well as live remote access/ monitoring. Dependent on further testing of the resolution in different lighting and weather I may look for something with 2 or 3 cameras instead of the 4 plus video doorbell this package has. Overall I recommend this system to anyone who wants something a bit more robust and long lasting than a standalone video doorbell, just make sure you actually need this many high resolution cameras as I had expected to need coverage from two camera angles and likely will only need one with this high of resolution.

Excites about this new camera system that does color night vision. The installation process takes some planning but once that’s done camera placement is very quick and easy. This system is the most comprehensive yet that I have installed.

The set up wasnt to bad. The cameras and doorbell look clear and work great. The only downside so far has been the app, but overall its a great product.

I was a little daunted about the number of items to install when I first opened the box, but once I unboxed everything, the set-up was straight-forward. Adding the system to our existing Swann account using the app was also easy. The resolution of the four wide-angle cameras is impressive. We can monitor all entrances to the house at a glance, making it perfect for total home security.

Bought for our business , has great clarity . You can control the sensitivity and get alerts on your phones. Very user friendly

Got it hooked up for a month now and it’s been pretty good but the quality of the doorbell is horrendous. It barely makes enough noise to be heard throughout the whole house and the quality of it is definitely 1080p or 720p. Cameras on the other hand are 4k. The doorbell also needs to be charged constantly, I haven’t charge it basically every week or it’ll be dead. This is good for it’s price but if you can dish out some more money for a better quality product I’d recommend you do spend couple more hundred and get a much higher quality system.

Gives more recording time and catches a clear picture and the package with the door bell is a great deal
