    Didn't care for the fact that I was forced to put their app on my phone even though it has local storage. I'm sick of companies making you use your phone for everything even when not needed.

      Hi Jason. We find the vast majority of our customers like to view their camera system on their phone when they're away from home. However if you just want to use it as a local closed system without any internet connection, then MaxRanger has the flexibility to do this as well. Hope that helps. -SD, Swann Team



      If you don't wish to view the MaxRanger system on your phone then you can do this by simply connecting a monitor to the hub via the included HDMI cable, and using the mouse. Swann

    It seems the product I bought was outdated. It didn't work and after hours of troubleshooting with Swann support a replacement was sent. Still had some issues with camera and hub compatibility. For what is worth the cameras view looks great. If I had sufficient product to begin with, review would be better.

    phone app does not manage all the camera settings. Have to connect a TV to the hub to setup cameras. Difficult to do when TV and hub are not close. Need to update the app!

    The camera mounts were very easy to use and it was all included in the box. I'm having a little trouble getting it set to my Wifi but I think it will be easy to use

    Really liked but had issues with two of the cameras as they would not charge up. We got no customer service help from the manufacturer and returned after weeks of frustration. We bought a Eufy 4k system and couldn't be happier.
