While the DVR functions well and is easy to install, we have had issues with the power cords on more than one occasion. The one that comes with the device seems to be somewhat fragile. Other than that, it has functioned well.

This swann dvr is terrible I would not recommend it to anyine. Never worked properly. Stopped recording after 2 weeks and won't boot up anymore. The tech support are useless. Hate it!
