Great price and eassy to install no help done in 1hr

I bought these cameras to keep an eye on my home while I'm at work or out of town. The hardware quality is great, and I liked that the cable runs were 100 feet instead of just 60. All the cameras are mounted outside and the picture quality is great when watched on a decent 1080P monitor. The night vision works well and the motion detection seems accurate. My only complaint is the software is kind of discombobulated and hard to navigate even for an experienced user. The mobile app is great though.

Great unit for keeping eyes on my home... Only ting I wish this unit had was audio, hence the 4/5... I love that I can purchase the unit and be self contained. There is no "cloud service" that needs to be purchased in order to have recording ability. My property is under surveillance 24/7 with no extra cost. While not a preventative measure, it is there if I need to look at the data. The unit was simple to hook up and set up.I was even able to hide the HD unit very easily to protect the data.

It does the job. It does not show faces clearly but tracks movement. Sometimes the movement is so sensitive and it detects tree leaves blowing in the wind as movement. The app is difficult to use. I would not recommend this to a friend just because of the quality of the camera. The only pro is that it has a lot of storage, the night vision, and access on the app.

The cameras are great. Live view is awesome. App is terrible and only works part of the time. Still have yet to figure out how to get push emails since there are no push notifications for the app

easy set up and operation ,very clear pics.running the wires in the attic was the most difficult part of the installation.

Easiest set up that I have ever done, as far as the connections.. plug and play, then you need to spend some time understanding how to set up the recording times for each camera , which is great..I have one to record from 10PM to 6AM continuously and all of the others in sensor mode., sensitibility can't be adjusted though , sometimes even a spider or a bug in the path will set of the camera to record , but that is not a problem for me , use the app on your phone to view live video is good.. make sure you do a test of the hole system before running wires through the attic or holes in the walls .....

These cameras are a necessity because of the way the world is today and plus, it shoots in 1080 so you can people on the camera as if you are looking at them yourself.

I purchased these because I had just moved to a new area and was expecting a lot of packages to be coming through, I only got around to setting up two of the 4 cameras it came with. At first, these cameras are great, they run 24/7, show a timestamp (which is a MUST for a security camera, which unfortunately the ARLO did NOT have), and are HD. HOWEVER! The cable connections are VERY finnicky - at least once or twice a week I would have to adjust or reseat their connection to the DVR because I would lose signal from one or both of the cameras. I'll admit, I may not have installed them perfectly and that could be the cause of the issues, but at this point i'm taking them to geek squad to have them repaired or replaced. TL;DR: if you have time to mess around with the camera once or twice a week and need 24/7 cameras, these are great, if you just need a simple setup with hands off use, stay away.

It works quite nice. It was easy to install. Next time I would think on a wireless system, although those are much more expensive.

I bought these inexpensive cameras for a rental. I have a very high quality system on my residence property but I didn't want o spend the money on something like that for this application. The resolution and night quality are about what you would expect for the money. You may be able to see someone and identify them or maybe not at night. Daytime viewing is decent. Recommend only if you don't have higher resolution IP cameras in your budget.

This Surveillance System does the job. Nice clear wide view and shows really good at night.

My husband and I have been searching for security cameras. We've been shopping around and we finally decided to go to Best Buy. I'm glad we did we had a wonderful gentleman that helped us with all of Our questions and answered all of them! We ended up finding one that night! We had done research and their price was the best price! The awesome service and how easy it was to get in and out it was an awesome experience! The cameras work great I would highly recommend!!!

I absolutely hate the UI of this product. Navigation is a nightmare. To the pros! Camera quality is great. Actually, that's about it. This product is very simple. It does what it was made to do. Once it's setup, you're good to go. I would advice anyone looking at this for home-use, go Arlo. This requires a bit of work as the cameras are wired, & the UI would drive you crazy... If you're a Small Business, any version of this would be good, but maybe get the Dome cameras that you can turn and control. Having to pre-setup angles was a complete waste of an afternoon.

I bought the product. Had Geeks install it. Has 4 cameras. One camera was not clear. Geek guy confirmed that 1 camera was bad out of the box. Other cameras & video feed was EXCELLENT! Swann is TERRIBLE for replacing bad camera. They are in Australia. They demand that I send them the bad camera AT MY COST. Best Buy is working to correct the bad camera. I suggest you be wary.

Installed these cameras and they work great. You only need a monitor for the setup. You can use the app to view recordings and live stream
