    We purchased the Eero mesh router to work with this Swann security system. The pictures from the cameras are crystal clear. It’s added feature of being able to interact with whoever is outside makes it a perfect way to scare off intruders. It works well on the iPhones, iPads, & iMac computer. We highly recommend this product.

    keeps freezing up just like Lorex not very easy to navigate through monitor or on the ap

Based on the information provided, the image was freezing when remotely accessed using the application. The application has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting.     Works amazing for what we need it to do. Have the 4 cameras installed ourselves. Will most likely be purchasing 1-2 additional cameras for our home. No issue so far

    According to bestbuy install tech, they wont install the camera if its 10 ft tall… but houses have 10 ft talls ceiling, so might as well not offer the service

    Really nice set of cameras. I have had three sets of cameras including this one and this is the nicest so far. The nvr system is really easy to set up.

    Great camera system. Lots of features. If 4K recording was at 30-60fps would had given five stars.

    The worst company very upset. They don’t have the power supply adapter. I pay a lot of money for the system horrible customer service I will never buy again.

    WORST service I have ever seen. Waste of money. Within 2 months all of the cameras stopped working, and all the cables were damaged.

    This is one of the best systems that you can buy the 4k is awesome and is very easy to set up and start viewing in minutes

    Swann recording system is good. I can go back and check out any time time of the day videos. However the cameras are good in picture but horrible in durability. I am replacing my 3rd outdoor camera already because it has moisture inside of it blocking the video. And this is not repairable. It needs to be replaced

Although IP66 weatherproof, the outside of the camera is still subject to frost, ice and dew when out in the open air. We recommend you install under some sheltered location where possible but if this is not suitable for your location simply aiming the camera to look a little downward can stop moisture from settling on the camera lens. Swann offers a one-year warranty provided a copy of your receipt or up to 36 months with valid registration on a Secure + Plan. Outside of this timeframe, we are unable to process a replacement free of charge. If your unit became damaged shortly after your 12-month warranty was up please contact a member of our customer support team for further assistance.     The Swann 8 channel 2TB NVR with 8 cameras is impressive when used stand alone. However, the phone App for the device is poor and has problems.
